 Review of Material Test certificates and inspecting incoming materials and obtaining
clearance from Customer.

 To check properly each and every stages of Inspection based on as per customer drawings.
(Inward, Fit up, Dimension, Welding, Visual, Blasting, Painting and Dispatch).

 To arrange the Non destructive testing and Witnessing of Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic
Particle Testing & Penetrate Testing and preparation of NDT reports.

 Inspections properly Co-ordinate with the Customer and Third party of agency.

 To conducting the training is given to Welders, blasters, painters – regular intervals for
quality improvements and it’s avoiding the most of defects with reworks.
  To check the Surface preparation & Painting inspection as per customer requirements.

 To Prepare the Quality documentations of packages as per customer requirements.

 To make necessary actions for solving the problems at critical situations.

 ISO formats maintaining for good intervals and registers maintaining.
