 Responsibilities include site execution & MEP co-ordination works of electromechanical building services
related to HVAC, Plumbing and Fire-fighting systems.
 Co-ordination with engineering department as and when required for design drawings, construction shop
drawings for Chilled water piping, plumbing & drainage services.

 HVAC equipment erection, ducting and chilled water pipes installation works, internal water supply pipe work

Construction of Passenger Terminal Building (PTB) & Air Traffic Control (ATC) Tower
Worked as Senior Engineer (MEP) for New Hyderabad International Airport Hyderabad, INDIA.
The contract value is INR 870 crores, with China State Construction Engineering (HK) Ltd.
It is a Hong Kong based FORTUNE 500 Company which is responsible for the Design and Build of Passenger
Terminal Building (PTB) and Air Traffic Control (ATC) Tower. This Green field Airport project was designed by one of
the world’s eminent design consultants Ove Arup & Partners, Hong Kong Ltd.

This project has capacity of handling 10 MPPA (million passengers per annum) during initial phase of design.
The project is a design and built fast track project in which VOLTAS IOBG was the subcontractor for all the MEP
(mechanical, electrical and plumbing) works and L&T was the
sub-contractor for the structure and the finishes works. Follow-up all the mechanical works carried out by the
sub-contractor and resolve the co-ordination issues at site. Witness the testing & commissioning of MEP services.
