1) Survey deliverable has been mentioned suddenly without mentioning the methods prior.
First, respective methods shall be discussed and then deliverable shall be given with an
explanation what each deliverable is more worthy and reliable technically and
administratively. Some technical terms also need to be explained in a line or two.
2) After discussion of each method and its requirements highlighting latest technology and its
accuracy compared to the government scope of works shall be defined. After defining
scope of work deliverable shall be mentioned with its respective necessity and applications
in present and future.

3. 2- Satellite imagery collection cost shall be included or not is not clear. If cost is excluded
the rate may be reduced.
4. A note shall be there to depute separate teams simultaneous for each field activity if given
the total work at one go and accordingly total time frame for the same shall be mentioned.
5. A comprehensive documented report may be separately charged. This shall be the strength
of the overall survey. The same we may produce before, technical, administrative and legal
requirements. The report shall be signed by registered, surveyor and expert engineer
together. Their signed Resumes/CV shall be attached with the report.

OVERALL.
The proposal is comprehensive but need to be re-arranged as suggested. Especially, why this
comprehensive survey is needed; is need to be highly discussed with a comparison of previous
methods of survey and present state-of-the-art addressing the present or future possible land
disputes and the strength of this survey report. Any critical technical term shall be explained
in a line or two in definition as a separate section with its relevance to the application and
requirements.
