Responsibilities
 Worked for SEM Production support. Involved in planned, actual and forecasting data
 Maintained Transaction Cubes, which are related to planned, actual, forecasting sales
 Developed various data extraction procedures for master data (full and delta load), for attributes,
texts, hierarchies and transactional data (full and delta) using LIS extractors, LO Cockpit and generic
extractors for customer-defined tables. Used Business Content Sales Overview Info Cubes for
overall sales analysis
 Worked on plan data (APO) scenarios, which are related to profitability analysis data process
 Responsible for post and pre BI refresh activities which is a quarterly activity
 Maintained Info Packages and Info Package Groups and scheduled them in order to load Master
Data and Transactional Data from SAP R/3 File Source Systems into BW
 Extracted data from MM and FI modules and uploaded the data into procurement Cubes
 Handled performance tuning for data loads and queries
 Arranged Reports for different markets with the help of (Customized Transaction Code : YBW03)
in BW for Report Availability, as per reporting requirements, the reports includes Finance Control
(FC), Demand & Supply Planning (DSP), Direct Delivery (DD), Procure Pay (PP), Generating
Demand (GD) & Human Resource (HR), Markets
 Worked with BEx Queries for Free Characteristics, Calculated and Restricted Key figures, Filters,
Variables and Exceptions and embedding them into Workbooks
