How :

1. Avoid dust and mildew. Dust and mildew are common causes of asthma, and
maintaining cleanliness will be very good for your health.
a. Buy HEPA or other air filters for your home.
b. Clean and vacuum the house so the moss cannot grow.
c. Clean the bathroom and other places that are prone to moss due to
moisture.
d. Use a fan and air conditioner to maintain good air circulation.
e. If you feel your home or office is attacked by moss, try contacting a
professional to check and clean the moss.
f. If you must be in the middle of dust, use a dust-proof mask.


2. Don't use perfume.
Some people with asthma are very sensitive to perfume. If you are sensitive
to perfume, do not overdo it in perfume and avoid people who use a lot of
perfume. If you have to use perfume, use as little as possible and do not
breathe it.

3. Pay attention to air pollution. Research has shown that cities with high levels

5. Limit dust exposure

mattresses, furniture, carpets and toys. Keep your home free of dust and dust
mites.

6. Avoid mushrooms

bathroom, basement, and around the yard. Avoid and clean mildew as soon
as it appears.

b. Clean the damp area in the bathroom, kitchen and around the house to
prevent mold growth.
c. At the beginning of the mold, clean it with soap and warm water.
d. If it cannot be washed, remove moldy objects.
e. Remove moldy leaves and damp firewood from the yard.
f. Fix leaking channels or water sources as soon as possible.
g. Remove plants from home. Plant in a garden or yard. To prevent mold,
make sure not to water the plants too much and keep them in the sun.

7. Avoid pets
Pets can trigger a series of asthma in people who are allergic to it. Hair
particles, fur and saliva are quite common triggers of asthma. If you can't
separate from your pet, make sure you do the following.
