3 3. Bay 7 , was not check , due to earth switch mechanical problem .
4. Bay 16 , Voltage transformer inserting finger for R phase shorter than
4 another two phase ,

5 5. Bay 8,9,10,32,29,18 , voltage indication swapped between L1/L3 .

6 6. Bay No.17 CT- still not yet received .

7. Protection relay showing voltage reading even voltage is Zero – Technical
7 clarification is required -.
8. Multi function meter showing Few ampere reading ( 0.15 A , 0.18 A, 0.17 A)
8 even No current input .
9 6. VCB racking problem, Bay-1,2,3,18,27,32.
7. Voltmeter ratio is not correct. It should be replaced by a new one. It shows
10 6.6kV when injecting 63.51V.
10. Bay 1 Protection relay measurement accuracy is not ok. it shows less 30A
11 when injecting the rated current.

11. CT data label is not matching the FAT report. Please let your person correct
12 it.

13 All CBCT Sec. wiring no protection cover

14 TTB Protection cover not fix yet
