•HAL has 19 divisions.
• In lko n hyderabad we have many departments
or factories like Mechanical, Fuel,
Instrumentation etc.
•In Instrumentation factory we have :-
•SU 30, ALH, EKM, SHOP 1,2,3, Capsule. i have
not visited Shop 1,2,3 at all. n ye shops restricted
thi.
•Now in SU30 we have fuel measurement,engine
state and temperature indicator.

SUMMARY OF SU30
Instruments used here are used for the measurements
of fuel in the aircraft. It measures the fuel and detcts
accordingly weather the fuel tank of the fuel tank of
the aircraft is empty or full or half. There are sensors
and capacitors placed in the instruments which detects
the quantity of fuel left.
When the fuel is left near about 600kgs (i.e around to
be empty) then these sensors sends a warning signal
to the pilot. The displaying units here displays the part
of fuel left, quantity, fuel density etc.

NOTE:--In ALH shop we have a testing or
rather called as LAB TESTING of aircraft
components. for eg. COLD TEMPERATURE
TESTING, HOT TEMPERATURE TESTING,
VIBRATIONS, LOAD TESTS,
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS ARE
CHECKED, FOD TESTING THAT IS DETECTION
OF FOREIGN OBJECT WHICH CAN HARM THE
INTERNAL PROCESSING AND FUNCTIONING OF
THE AIRCRAFT LIKE A SMALL UNWANTED NUT
ETC . STANDS FOR FOREIGN OBJECT DAMAGE.
