WORK EXPERIENCE
03/16 - 08/17 City Government of Uriangato (Public Works Department). Uriangato, Mexico.
Project Manager
Lead a team of 3 junior architects to design 8 public building and infrastructure
projects worth over 30 million pesos. Specifying and planning every step of the
process, from initial design sketches to budgeting and technical details.
Executed 7 construction projects with a total investment of 15 million pesos,
managing, supervising and coordinating daily activities with several
contractors and other local, state and federal authorities to ensure meeting
the projects’ goals on time, form and quality.
Worked closely with citizens' representatives, community members, civic
organizations and the press to assure project transparency and clearly
communicate its goals and characteristics.
10/12 - 02/16 Industrias Quetzal (The biggest manufacturer of high-end kitchen furniture in
Latin America). Queretaro, Mexico.
Sales Executive
Recognized, three years in a row as an over-performing executive for
exceeding sales goals by at least 25%.
In charge of B2C and B2B sales. Created custom-made furnishing solutions for
customers. Conducting the entire sales process: from first meeting potential
clients to delivering the final product, working closely with different internal
teams such as manufacturing, logistics, marketing and design.
Implemented use of surety bonds in B2C sales; resulting in a 15% increase in
sales only in the Queretaro branch.
