Dear Mam,

I write on behalf of the heirs of the late Marcelo Lingao. Marcelo Lingao is a registered co-
owner of parcels of land covered by TCT No. T-81889 and 81890 situated in Malalim na Lodlod and
Bolbok, Lipa City consisting for 23,648 square meters and 23, 649 square meters respectively.

The two parcels of Land have been a subject of adverse claim under Entry No. 2012004446
inscribed on the titles August 24 2012. The adverse claim is based on a statement made by Josefina
Quizon representative of Lipa City South District Urban Poor Association, whereby she claims that
there is a Contract of Conditional Sale between the Sps. Marcelo and Sofia Lingao and the Lipa City
South District Urban Poor Association executed on Nov. 29 1996.

The Contract of Conditional Sale that she referred on her statement executed on Nov. 29 1996,
between the parties have been CANCELLED/RESCINDED by virtue of a decision rendered by RTC Branch
99, Quezon City dated February 3, 1998 entitled Sps. Marcelo M. Lingao and Sofia M. Lingao vs. Lipa
City South District Urban Poor Association (CV CASE NO. Q-97-31884).

It is hereby respectfully requested by the heirs of Marcelo Lingao represented by Nemesio

Lingao to request upon your office to cancel an inscription of Adverse Claim annotated on TCT No.
T-81889 and T-81890 dated August 24 2012 with Entry No. 2012004446 ,whereby its sole basis is a
Contract of Conditional Sale which has been previously been CANCELLED/RESCINDED by a competent
court dated February 3, 1998 and is not binding between the parties.
