1. Miosis and ptosis of right upper eyelid with reverse ptosis of the right lower eyelid.
Enophthalmos is also present
2. Decreased sweating (anhidrosis) on right side of the face

forceps use) causes damage at the preganglionic level (most likely isolated preganglionic in
this case), affecting the motor component of upper limb peripheral nerves, resulting in
weakness and paralysis
4. Claw hand, flail arm, muscle atrophy, decrease reflexes
5. Generally poor, as it involves damage to sympathetic chain which has very little potential of
recovery. However can note most natural improvements occur within 6 months. If not,
surgical intervention.
