Success Criteria
Pupils will be considered as successful if they can:
i) ask at least 2 questions using fixed phrase “What’s the time” based on the stimulus given correctly;
ii) respond to at least 2 questions using fixed phrase “It’s ____.” based on the stimulus given correctly; and
iii) listen to the stimulus and write at least 4 answers correctly.

Activities:
Pre – lesson 1. Play a circle game (a whole class activity where pupils sit or stand in a large circle) to review numbers up to twelve.
Lesson Delivery 2. Introduce telling the time (on the hour and half past) using the board or toy clocks if available. (Teacher’s Book p.24)
3. Pupils stay in a circle for this stage.
4. Continue the lesson with Vocabulary and Grammar box (See Teacher’s Book p.24).
5. Next, ask pupils to play the game in Activity 1 (See Teacher’s Book p.24).
6. Follow with Optional 1 or Optional 2 (Teacher’s Book, p.25), depending on pupils’ performance and interests.
Post Lesson 7. Play What’s the time, Mr. Wolf. For instructions, see Optional 2 activity in Teacher’s Book p.25.
