WHEREAS, on November 9, LCAS hosted the testimonial dinner in honor of the October 2018 CPA board

NOW THEREFORE, in motion of Jason Osuna, President and approved by all members present

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY resolved the authorization of the reimbursement of funds used and
advanced for the purchase of frames and printing of the certificates awarded to the October 2018 CPA
board examination passers;
