With reference to the above, I am by direction to inform that, all the Part Time /
Extramural research scholars who revived their admissions in Phase – I & II (refer University
circular dated 7.4.2018) and are continuing their research by paying the prescribed research
fee and unable to submit / complete their research work within the maximum period (as
detailed below) has to apply for the extension of time period by one year only.
Request for extension in the enclosed proforma shall be made by paying Rs. 5,000/-
(Rs. 10,000/- for NRI candidates) through Dzpay online as extension fee along with
prescribed research fee for the year 2018-19 shall be submitted to the undersigned on or
before 20-08-2018 without fail.

4. Otherwise the registration deemed to be cancelled and fee will not be returned.
