SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, XAVIERRE T. DIRIGE, of legal age, Filipino citizen, resident of Baptista Village, Calao
East, Santiago City and the Corporate Secretary of Ifugao Grains and Trading Center, Inc. (the
‘Corporation”) hereby name, constitute and appoint Karen Mae R. Servan and/or Leticia
Guieb, to do the following acts:

1. To assist the Corporation in its registration under Rule 1020 and DO-18A of the
Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) or any of its departments or agencies;

2. To do any and all such other acts and things and to execute, submit and deliver and all
such other documents and instruments that the Attorney-in-Fact may deem necessary or
advisable or appropriate in connection with the above mentioned purpose;

3. To accept and receive any and all documents and papers, including official
communications with the above-mentioned agencies or any of their departments, offices
or divisions relating to the above-mentioned purpose; and

4. To appoint one or more substitute or substitutes as attorneys under them or any of them
for all or any of the purposes aforesaid and the appointment of the same at pleasure to
revoke.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority
to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be
done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully
do if personally present; and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING that the said Attorney-in-Fact shall or may do
under and by virtue of this Special Power of Attorney.
