Control Panel
1. Control Panel should be clean. Components Clean if dirty by using vacuum cleaner, dry air blower, small brush
should not sign black dust, poor soldering joints, or rags. Replace worn or damaged component.

2. Ventilation systems should be functioning. Clean the ventilation holes, replace wear or damaged component.

The Jumper and Switch settings are already made in factory. Site specific settings are determined in delivery binder.
WARNING!
The NVRAM of TMS600/CPU Board is elevator specific. Never change NVRAM’s between elevators.

LEDS
- Red LED’s indicate a fault in the elevator.
- Yellow LED’s indicate operational signals.
- Green LED’s indicate normal signals.
BUTTONS
Restarting
- The TMS600/DISP board can be restarted with LED CHECK -button.
(Note! The restarting doesn’t reset stored error codes or counters).

FUNCTION DISPLAY
Two seven segment displays on TMS600/DISP board are used as a tool for information.
Depending on the functional mode it is possible to get information about:
FO Normal mode
FA Shaft scale

21 Safety circuit broken (needs to be reset by a new car call or switch on
inspection/normal drive).
22 Shaft door contact opened during drive
