Miami University offers two merit-based scholarships

for new first-year international students:

International Education Scholarship University Merit Scholarship

Annual Award $2,000 - $16,000; renewable up to four years $1,000 to full tuition; renewable up to four years

All new first-year undergraduate international students who submit completed applications and meet the requirements for
full admission for Fall 2019 are automatically considered for the International Education Scholarship and  University  Merit
Scholarship.  Miami University scholarships are highly competitive and, thus, not guaranteed. The  academic  qualifications
determining scholarship awards are dependent on the strength of the applicant pool. No separate application is required.

• Priority consideration will be given to first-year students completing all admission requirements by December 1, 2018.

• International transfer students will also be considered for transfer scholarship opportunities at the time of admission.
