A Message from the Director

Happy New Year! KidZone & Beyond wants to offer your child the best after school
experience. Through fun and literacy based activities, our Site Coordinators and Child
Care providers ensure they are engaged and go home with a smile. In addition to
participating in the childcare program, you will have the opportunity to enroll your child
in our 2019 Spring Enrichment Session. Registration will take place January 7th
through January 18th. Classes are filled on a first-come, first serve basis (the offerings
vary by school).

We appreciate you choosing KidZone for before and/or after child care and enrichment. Please be sure to
see your Site Coordinator to receive one of our branded KidZone folders with program information.

Enrichment Programs

Character Key
In today’s society, our children are responsible for making more decisions and we must be a good support
system to help them recognize the difference between good and bad choices. Ask your child to tell you
about what they did at school that would be a good example of responsibility.

Payment Process
 Payments are due online each Friday by 11:59
pm EST or a $5.00 late fee will be incurred. If
the late fee is not paid, it will continue to accrue
week to week.

 If your child is absent from KidZone, for any
reason, the fee is still required. The weekly fee
secures a spot for your child in the program.

Program Access
 For the safety and security of students enrolled
in our program, all authorized individuals
dropping off or picking up a student must sign
in and sign out.
 Morning care drop begins at 7:00 AM. Student
sign in does not begin until this time.
 Student pick-up is no later than 6:00 PM. If
pick-up occurs after 6:00 PM late pick up fees
will accrue.
 No pick up will be allowed during our
attendance process to ensure safe and
accurate accounting of each enrolled student.
Daily Schedule
A daily routine and schedule of activities are instrumental to our students. Each student needs a structure/
routine to follow. Engaging activities based on the interests of our students and curriculum should be
implemented.
