This article explains how today, there are 8500 living descendants of Jews who were on
Schindler's "list of life." It also quotes a speech given by Rena Finder, and she explains
how her family was treated as nothing, serving as slaves in Ghettos, then being split from
her family. Then, when Oskar Schindler saved her, she speaks of how his treatment
toward jews started to make them[jews] feel human again. Then suddenly, she and her
mother were being transported to Auschwitz, but thankfully, Schindler had sent a
coworker with diamonds to bribe the Nazi officials into releasing them and others in the
cart.
