SUB: INTERNSHIP LOI

Congratulations!! On behalf of Awign Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. (AEPL), I am pleased to extend to you this
offer of temporary employment as an Intern. Duration of the internship would be 3 weeks.
Your rewards and remuneration would be based on the following terms:

1. For every audit that you complete, you get INR 25. Your stipend will be deducted or increased from
INR 25 on the basis of performance. If you complete more than 20 Audits in a day you will earn
INR 30 per audit.
2. A Completed Audit refers to collecting all the data from the Delivery Executive and entering all the
required details & questions asked in the AWIGN APP.
3. You would be using our AWIGN APP for catering the leads.
4. Certificate signed by Business head of Awign would be given post successful completion of internship.

COMPLETION CRITERIA:

For successful completion of your internship, your daily minimum target is as follows:

Transcriptions: 20

If you don’t meet your targets you would be disqualified from the Internship and your stipend will then be
halved (Both Fixed and Variable) and you would not be eligible for the certificate.

TERMINATION CRITERIA:

Your entire performance will be reviewed. If any fraud is found in your work, you will be immediately terminated.
Also, throughout the course of your internship if your conduct with the customers or with your Manager is found
unprofessional or disrespecting, you will be terminated from the internship. In case of termination, no stipend
would be given to you and you would be debarred from any future internships.

STIPEND EXPLAINED:

For example, if you complete 20 leads in a day, your stipend would be calculated as (20 x 25) = 500 INR
As part of your responsibilities, you will have to update the ‘Awign App’ as well as call the Project Manager
every day for status updates.
GENERAL GUIDELINES

You would be required to ensure that the following guidelines are obeyed throughout your engagement with
AEPL:

1. Once a start date is mutually agreed upon, the intern should not leave before the duration of
the internship or the completion of the targets (with rare exceptions).
2. In case of any prior commitments in the given duration of the internship, you should discuss
the same with Awign’s team before going ahead with the process.
3. You have to attend the training session over call or skype.
4. You must not indulge in any sort of misconduct, forgery, fraud or unethical practices.

During your employment, you may have access to trade secrets belonging to the AEPL. If you accept this
offer you must keep all this information strictly confidential, and refrain from disclosing it to anyone outside
the Company.
