WHO ARE WE? 2

Cars45 Nigerian’s foremost Car Auction platform has revamped it’s Dealership network to effective track
partners performance and stimulate growth across the different category of dealers. The focus is to encourage
growth and expansion for its Dealer partners by rewarding consistent dealers with perks and benefits as they
grow within the business.
Based off the new strategy, our categorization system is explained below:
Category of Dealers:
Elite Dealers (4.6 Ltr V8): Trading 16 – 25 cars monthly
Pro Dealers (3.0 Ltr V6 Turbo): Trading 10 – 15 cars monthly
Standard Dealers (2.0 Ltr 4 Cylinder): Trading 6 – 9 cars monthly
Basic Dealers (1.0 Ltr 3 Cylinder): Trading 0 – 5 cars monthly

***new levels will be added as we trade progressively.

ELITE Dealers(4.6 Ltr V8 ): 3
This category of Dealers are expected to grow their capacity and trade minimum 25 - 50 cars monthly within 3 months:
BENEFITS:
• Access to outsourced business services brokered by Cars45 (Business Accounting, Human Resource Management, Consulting)
• Bulk Rate for Social Media Adverts on - OLX, Jiji, Cheki (Cheapest Rates)
• Outsourced Call-Center Services –(Answer and attend to your calls)
• Reduced Car Movement Cost - N15,000
• Improved Lockdown Services -
 Lower Lock-Down Equity Contribution - (10% wt 5% interest on Balance)
 Refinancing - 10% on 2nd month , 80% on 3rd month (average sell-off time is currently 14 days)

• Access to Car Detailing + Minor Car Fixes (AC + Steering Works) – (Service will happen at Cars45 Workshop)
• Dedicated Asset Officer at our storage location.
• Auto bidding on Auction
• Dealer Branding/Marketing (Support from Cars45 Marketing Team)
• Weekly Performance Insight on Business Activities: Most cars searched for, Top car brands sold, Best car with profits
• Meetings with Cars45 Top Management twice a month.

***Dealers in this category will be measured monthly to decide if they lose access to the benefits of the level.

PRO Dealers (3.0 Ltr V6 Turbo ): 4
This category of Dealers are expected to grow their capacity and trade minimum 16 - 25 cars monthly within 2 months:
BENEFITS:
• Bulk Rate for Social Media Adverts on - OLX, Jiji, Cheki (Cheapest Rates)
• Reduced Car Movement Cost – N20,000
• Improved Lockdown Services -
 Lower Lock-Down Equity Contribution - (20% wt 5% interest on Balance)
 Refinancing - 20% on 2nd month , 60% on 3rd month (average sell-off time is currently 14 days)
• Access to Car Detailing (Exterior washing and detailing)
• Dedicated Back-End Support Line for any operational issue.
 Improved Dealer Relationship
 Speedy Issues Resolution.
• Auto bidding on Auction
• Weekly Performance Insight on Business Activities: Most cars searched for, Top car brands sold, Best car with profits
• Meetings with Cars45 Team once a month.

STANDARD Dealers (2.0 Ltr 4 Cylinder ): 5
This category of Dealers are expected to grow their capacity and trade minimum 10 – 15 cars monthly within 2 months:
BENEFITS:
• Access to inter-yard Car Movement – N30,000
• Improved Lockdown Services -
• Lower Lock-Down Equity Contribution - (30% wt 5% interest on Balance)
• Refinancing - 30% on 2nd month , 50% on 3rd month (average sell-off time is currently 14 days)
• Auto bidding on Auction

OTHER DEALER LEVELS: 5
More dealer categories are available within the system, the list is not limited to:

• Basic Dealers- (1.0 Ltr 3 Cylinder) - (0 – 5 cars monthly) : expected to grow into Standard Dealers in 1 Month.
• Diamond Dealers – (W12 Twin Turbo) - (51- 100 cars monthly) : Next level after Elite Level.
• Platinum Dealers (Above 100 Cars) : Next level after Diamond Level.
• Super Dealer:
 Car Movement Cost – Very Negligible.
 Cars45 Inventory supplied to Dealers personal lot.
 Strategic Support on Marketing (online + Offline)
 Dedicated Account Manager
 Staff Training etc

***Dealers Categorization is strictly based on performance.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Defaulting Dealers will not be allowed to enjoy level benefits.
2. Cars45 holds the sole right to withdraw all benefits for Dealers who void its Dealership Agreements.
