Terms & Conditions.

1. The payment terms will be as follows:

A. Direct Placements

a) Junior Management level @ 8.33% of the gross annual package (CTC).

b) Middle Management level @ 10% of the gross annual package (CTC).

c) Senior Management level @ 12.50% of the gross annual package

(CTC).

2. The payments shall be paid before the 07th day, from the date of appointment
of the Candidate/s concerned, in the name of Hifliers, payable at Chennai.

3. Replacement of candidates referred by Hifliers shall be done if the candidate

leaves the organization within three months (90 days) from the date of
appointment. (Applicable for direct placements only).

4. Taxes as applicable.

5. For all candidates proposed by Hifliers, the status must be intimated at the
earliest, so that we will be able to serve better and to the point.
