A business without ethics is a business at risk. Almost daily, headlines in newspapers trumpet
stories of companies facing multimillion dollar fines, criminal prosecutions, and bankruptcy. Behind
many of these headlines is the tale of an employee who made the wrong decision, who didn’t report
suspected wrongdoing, or who failed to recognize an ethical dilemma- Work ethics training ensures
that employees will understand the goals and expectations of an organization. Ethics determine the
“rules of the road” for a particular entity, so it’s imperative to communicate the ethical policy that staff
should follow in a way that makes sense at all organizational levels.
Ethics should maintain a positive effect on the employee’s surroundings, creating an atmosphere of
decision making that fosters help and a feeling of community.
In this course participants will:
1. Understand what ‘business ethics’ is
2. Learn how to make ethical decisions
3. Receive practical tools to implement ethics in the workplace
4. Understand your business & social responsibilities
5. Learn how to balance personal and organizational ethics
6. Learn when to “blow the whistle”
7. Be able to identify unethical behaviors
Who Should Attend? – This program is for all managers, supervisors, employees from all departments
/ functions. Aspiring executives and students are welcome. There are limited seats of 20 participants
so ensure enrollment before time.

Fee : Rs.700/- per participant including GST. Fee includes course fee, cost of reading
material, lunch and refreshments. Cheque should be drawn in favour of
