CONTRACT AGREEMENT

This Contract Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between:

1) Sami Model Management represented by Mr Firdavs Sami domiciled in Bandung, having

represented office at Apartment Jarrdin Tower B Unit 1629 – Bandung , Indonesia.
2) NILUFARI MASRUDZODA (TJK 401852658), herein after referred as Model,

The parties here to hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

Article 1. General Agreement

With this Contract the Model appoints Sami Model Management as an exclusive
representative regarding the profession of modeling in Indonesian market during the period of
this contract.

Article 2 Term of the Contract

The Model agrees to be employed by Sami Model Management on fashion shows, shootings,
radio, television, mass media, press, below named as “Spheres” an exclusive basis for 5 (five)
months in working visa stay in Indonesia (arrived__________ 2017) (which shall be the next day
from the Model's arrival date unless the Model starts going to castings/bookings from the
arrival date). Any changes in this period must be discussed and agreed upon by all parties
involved.

Model hereby, as long as the model still living in the models apartment even though the
contract already pass more than the date that written in the contract, the payment will remain
the same as written in the contract without any additional money and the model still have to
work for Sami Model Management.

Article 3 The rights and obligations of Sami Model Management

1) Sami Model Management is an exclusive representative of the Model in all spheres
mentioned above in relations with the third party(ies) in the territory of the Indonesia
during the period of this Agreement.
2) Sami Model Management has to carry out the presentation of the Model in advertising.
3) Sami Model Management guarantees advanced money for the Model to cover the
expenses during the period of this contract for the Model.
 4) Sami Model Management provides a good and respectful attitude to the Model, during
the all period of this contract.
5) Sami Model Management provides the model working visa to be legally working as a
model in Indonesia.
6) Sami Model Management will give pocket money to the Model once per week 600.000
IDR, the money will be given every Tuesday of that week.
7) Sami Model Management provides the Model a properly living place.
8) Sami Model Management has to make payment of the Model’s guarantee in proper
time by this Agreement in the end of the contracts when Model going to leaving the
country.

Article 4: The rights and Obligation of Model 2

1) The Model agrees to render her services solely and exclusively for Sami Model
Management, and shall not work for any other persons, agencies or corporations in
Indonesia during the validity period of this Contract.
2) The Model agrees to keep all the terms and conditions of this Contract including her pay
confidential.
3) The Model shall not disclose such information to any other parties the content of this
Contract, directly or not directly involved, in including other models contracted with
Sami Model Management.
4) The Model agrees and shall act best in her ability to complete all bookings and follow all
reasonable instructions given by the clients or Sami Model Management during any
bookings or castings.
5) The Model agrees to follow and comply with Sami Model Management decisions rules
and guidance regarding all aspects of the Model's modeling profession in Indonesia
including her appearance and behavior during the validity period of this Contract. If the
Model believes Sami Model Management requests and decisions are unethical, unfair
or against the Model's moral beliefs, etc. the Model must provide in writing proper
explanations in order for Sami Model Management to take them in consideration.
6) The Model agrees to show up and complete all appointments assigned by Sami Model
Management on time including all confirmed bookings, jobs, castings, go sees,
rehearsals, etc.
7) The Model needs to notify Sami Model Management immediately if there are any
unexpected requests from the clients for her sake.
8) The Model will keep the passport during all staying of the Model in Indonesia.
9) The Model will be staying in Model’s apartment. And if the models want to do any other
activities outside the apartment more than 3 or 4 hours or stay in friend’s house, he
must be notice to the Sami Model Management and get agreements or he will be pay
fine with all her expenses in CASH to Sami Model Management and Sami Model
Management will be send the model home.
 10) Any other activites such as Test Shoot or other and similar activites should be under
Sami Model Management approval. Once the Model caught doing Test Shoot without
any approval from Sami Model Management, the model will be pay fine with all her/his
expenses in CASH to Sami Model Management and Sami Model Management will be
send the model home.
Article 5. Payment

Sami Model Management will pay the Model in the end of the contract and the total nominal
of the fee of every job will be cut 5% for government tax, and after that the sharing will be
implicated as explained below:
 Model will get 50% from the total amount of fee in any jobs after deducted from
model’s life expenses in Indonesia
 Mother agency will received 25% fee from any jobs, and the money will be sent by
western union or bank account and the administration fee in sending will be covered by
the mother agency itself after 3 weeks of the contract finish , it will be cut automatically
in the system of western union or bank account while sending the money
 Agency will get 25% fee from any jobs
*Expenses should be covered by the model: Around trip ticket, accommodation,
transportation, working visa, etc.
*The percentage money will be given by Sami Model Management after the model
finish the contract (at the end of the date) and already get the exactly date for leaving
the model’s apartment and got ticket for leaving Indonesia after contract.

Article 6. Termination of the Contract

Sami Model Management has the right to terminate this Contract immediately in the event
that:

1) The Model's measurements prove to be different from those stated on his composite
or Models Standard.
2) The Model is found to have any tattoos, major scars, and dark suntan lines that Sami
Model Management hasn't been informed of.
3) The Model acts against or disregards any of the term and conditions stated in this
contract specifically stated above.
4) The Model attempts to contact client directly for any reasons or discusses about her
pay.
5) The Model takes outside job not under Sami Model Management during the validity of
this contract.
6) Sami Model Management receives complaints repeatedly regarding the Model’s lack of
professionalism or her conduct during working hours. Sami Model Management must
however; first provide a proper warning not less than three times.
7) The Model brings in or takes any drugs or illegal substances in Indonesia.
8) The Model commits any crimes or acts against laws of Indonesia.
 9) The Model is either physically or mentally incapable of completing this Contract due to
accidents or illness. In this case the Model shall not be penalized.
10) If the Model break this contracts before ended, without a good reason and excepted
from Sami Model Management then a models should pay penalty minimum IDR
50.000.000,-
11) Model leaves from Indonesia and can be back to Indonesia from our invitation for the
next periode. Or she/he can come again after one years finish this contract with other
agency.

Article 7. Rules and Regulation

1. No testshoot appointment without any agreement from Sami Model Management’s
Booker.
2. No telling living address to anyone.
3. Focus and no playing gadget all the time while working.
4. No black job.
5. The Model must put the name of Sami Model Management and Mother Agency Model
in their Social Media especially Instagram and Facebook.
6. The Model has to inform the booker of Sami Model Management if the Model wants to
go outside apartment more than 3 hours minimum.
7. The Model has to stay in the apartment if not working that day, the model can go
outside apartment but have to be back at home the most maximum 12 am in Sunday,
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The model can go outside the
apartment and go back home late only in Saturday if they have no job in Sunday.
8. The Model can stay the most maximum 2 weeks in the apartment after the contract
finish and have to do job only from Sami in this 2 weeks long because the Model still
living or stay in Model’s apartment.
9. Model leave from Indonesia and can be back to Indonesia from our invitation for the
next period. Or she/he can come again after one year’s finish this contract with other
agency.
10. No guest or visitors are allowed to stay in Model’s apartment/house.
11. Model’s apartment must be clean and in good condition.
12. No disturbing neighbors or other models by noise such as loud music and etc.
13. Always keep save energy.
Article 8. Government Law & Jurisdiction

This Contract has been made pursuant to and will be governed by laws of the Republic of
Indonesia. Any matter that is not specifically stated in this Contract shall be decided under
mutual agreement between all the parties involved. Any dispute arising out of this Contract
shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia

Article 9. Effectiveness

This Contract shall be effective from the date of execution hereof. This Contract has been
execution in 2 (two) sets and seals affixed hereto, and Sami Model Management shall keep
one set each.
