to the Australian standards after verifying the subject syllabus and its equivalency after a thorough check and the
decision is completely at their discretion and control only. You will have to prove the subjects confirmed
(mandatory and optional) through subjects covered as a part of Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree specifying
the subjects and the year, with detailed course syllabus provided during the skills assessment application
process.” Qualification assessment is case specific and truly based on skills assessment authority criteria. You
may be required to provide course syllabus and mark sheets to prove the study of mandatory and optional
subjects as confirmed.

In case of any name change, you need an official proof issued by the registration office or an affidavit would
suffice, if it is only difference in spellings.
If Applicant is divorced, they need to provide divorce certificate/custody court order for children / court order
towards removal of children from their birth country.
The threshold point’s requirement to file for an EOI under General skilled migration to Australia is 60. However,
the applications scoring 60 and above will be selected from the pool based on the occupation ceiling and with
respect to the Annual quota decided by the Immigration authorities only. The selection criteria set for every
month will be in accordance with the Immigration requirements of Australia only and cannot be advised before
the selection/pool draw. The department will have an authority to change the Pool draws schedule without a
prior notice.
Provisional (regional state sponsored or relative designated area sponsored) visas are only temporary visas allowed for 4
years. These visas can be converted to permanent residency only if you have more than 2 years of residence and 1 year full
time employment in the designated area. No benefits will be allowed on provisional visas unless it changes to PR.
If you want to claim 5 points for Spouse Skills Qualifications:
The spouse must meet the Competent English requirements and must have a positive skills assessment and his/
her occupation also must be from the same occupation list as of main applicant visa subclass. (Case to case basis)
Submission of fraudulent documents or misleading information may lead to visa refusal and a potential 10 year
ban to Australia. The fees paid to WIC Overseas Visas and to SA authorities/DIBP/States etc. will be strictly non-
refundable.
