Business Development Manager

Company restructuring

 Updated/completed an HR software program (Equal) that allows to input and update

information about payroll, documents expiry, employee vacation information, projects cost
allocation information, vehicle allocation, tenancy file, insurance files and trade & license files.
Scheduled and supervised training to HR staff, and gathered analysis of each employee’s
performance.
 Introduced and applied a barcode system in the production process, linked between the main
office/factories and on site projects where material would be tracked since arriving to sea ports
from international suppliers in containers, and then being distributed either to the factories for
production then boxed again and sent to the construction site. Or directly sent to site where the
boxes would be opened for quality control reasons and sent to a selected area for installation.
 Created a user friendly website (mobile and PC), including search engine optimization, and
allowed for potential employees to apply for a job through the website which increased traffic
on the website.
 Introduced finger scan machines for employees in offices and all sites to check in and out of
duty. This helped facilitate the control of HR especially on sites as the number of employees is
high (1500), the chance of human error was reduced to a minimum percentage and the time for
employees to scan was much quicker. The HR department’s role at the end of the month to
produce the payroll was facilitated and made it easier for management to double check payroll.

 Planned marketing campaigns including social media, PR activities and events sponsorship
(worth 200,000 dollars), banners, writing and editing magazine articles and covers – including
HSBC articles. Best magazine articles include Bloomberg Business Week Middle East.

investment in the city. Managed budget of participation in the event, and took part in
presenting the services available to possible clients in the show. Increased customer knowledge
and awareness of our company and services and managed to increase sales by 10% in 2014.
 Beirut Business Center (developers of projects for offices, warehouses and showrooms rentals in
Lebanon) – Planned and implemented the social media campaign of a duration of 3 months. The
project budget was 16,000 US dollars. The two channels of marketing were Facebook and
Instagram. Finalized budget with advertising agency for boosting, post creations, and advertising
through specific websites in the region to spread awareness of the services that are offered.
Edited and approved all posts before they were published online. This was brainstormed in
details taking into consideration the specific niche market that was part of the target to be
reached.
 Beirut Business Center – Planned and participated in Promo Fair, Dream 2016 in Lebanon.
Arranged the preparation of a booth (design and implementation). The show was very beneficial
as it is one of the most reputable real estate shows in Beirut. This helped to increase awareness
to our company and services, the task was to gain interest in customers now that the project is
still under construction so that once it will be delivered the interest will become an action to
rent.
