4.

Loads that must be taken into account in the calculation of mechanics and load combinations

What is established by the uni 9309 applies

The torque acting on the mechanisms to be assumed in the calculation can be evaluated
according to what is prescribed in 4: 1

4.1 Evaluation of the calculation pair

The couple acting on the mechanisms is to be assumed as the greater of the following

4.1.1 Torque exerted by motor

The maximum torque due to the start-up phase motors is given by the following formulas:

- For vertical movements:

- For horizontal movements:

Where: Cr is the full torque

Ca is the maximum torque generated by the motor

La is the moment of inertia relative to the parts downstream of the element considered

Lm is the moment of inertia relative to the parts upstream of the element considered

Φa it is a coefficient depending on the type of motor and it is valid:

- 1.5 for direct current motors

- 1.7 for for asynchronous ring motors
- 1.8 for for short-circuit motors

4.1.2 Torque exerted by the brakes

The maximum torque exerted by the brakes is given by the formula:

Where: Cf is the brake torque

Φf is a coefficient that depends on the type of brake actuation and applies

- 1.8 for countercurrent electric braking

- 1.5 for mechanical braking with electro-hydraulic drive
- 2.0 for mechanical braking with electro-hydraulic drive or pneumatic drive
- 1.5 for mechanical braking with pedal
- 1.2 for mechanical braking with centrifugal regulator

4.1.3 Dynamic couple

The dynamic torque to be considered only for vertical movements is given by:

Where: Φ2 is the dynamic coefficient (see UNI 9309)
