Abstract:
Local management considers Episode middleware that connects between the central
government and domestic citizen, and therefore, it must enter through the tasks carried
out by the powers vested in them to reach great importance in achieving sustainable
development at the local level, which is a concept as old as time and as a term of recent
origin as a result of linking local development issues the economic and social
environment, the importance of the local management in achieving sustainable
development through the expansion of opportunities to participate in the development of
plans and the disclosure of the local community requirements and the practice of good
governance, in addition to local resource management and rationalization in light of the
practice of economic activity local respects the capabilities of the environment, and to
provide the necessary requirements for members the local community, and the protection
of the local environment in the limits of the powers specific tasks.
