THE UNITED MUSLIM MANAGEMENT AGENCY (UMMA)

COMES NOW, THE GOVERNMENT OF USIC, and moves this Rightful

Supreme Tribunal Court pursuant to Title 22 USIC 0.3 § 32.1(10) (a),
(b),(c),(d),(e),(f),(g) and Title 22 USIC 0.3 § 27.2 (example 27.2 (7.i): see Title 18
USC 2386 of the united states federal code.

THE GOVERNMENT request for ORDER; Granting for the REINSTATMENT

OF UMMA; THE UNITED MUSLIM MANAGEMENT AGENCY pursuant to
Title 22 USIC 0.3 §32.2 (15)(B), and (E).

1. The GOVERNMENT OF USIC directs this SUPREME TRIBUNAL

COURT to GRANT ORDER; with instructions on the over-sight of the
redistribution of wealth, owed to the Resident(s), Members(s), Civilian(s),
Citizen(s) of the GOVERNMENT OF USIC; and or the subjects of THE
UNITED STATES CORPORATION COMPANY as Payment for debts,
goods, and services to be awarded to any Resident(s) Member(s), Civilian(s)
or Subjects of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION COMPANY and
asserts the forgoing.

STATEMENT OF FACTS.

2. THE GOVERNMENT OF USIC; initiated formal charges against the

defendants in special appearance by the authority of the Resident(s)
Member(s) Civilian(s) and Citizen(s) of the GOVERNMENT OF USIC, and
Subjects of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION COMPANY, on or
about May 19, 2015; at the 14th Judicial Circuit Court in Bay County
Florida; 300 East 4th Street Panama City Florida, located in the Maghrib Al
Aqsa (Black Belt Region).

3. Order for Indictment, Writ of HABEAS CORPUS, and Writ for Coram
Nobis. Filed in the International Criminal Court HAGUE NETHERLANDS
and served in the lower court of the JUDGE SHANE VANN; in deliverance
by the JOHN BELION DETECTIVE AGENCY INC; to the FLORIDA
STATE ATTORNEY prosecutors office, on or about March 19, 2015 at 900
hours.

4. The Defendants were required to respond in writing, to the GOVERNMENT

OF USIC, no later then 365 days from the date on the allegation. The
defacto government under challenge shall respond as to the allegation no
later than 365 days from such date received as filed by the clerk of the
defacto government court authority, which such indictment has been sought.

5. On or About June 3, 2015 the Arbiter Marwan Belion Juris No. 002278, had
been detained and arrested in the Springfield City Hall 3529 E 3rd Street
Panama City Florida 32401.

6. Arbiter MARWAN BELION Juris No.002278 had been detained while in

the process of opening legal business departments associated with Title 22
USIC 0.3 § 27.2 (7)(f).

7. Search and seizure of diplomatic intellectual properties belonging to the

GOVERNMENT OF USIC, a Supreme Tribunal of the Juris Civil or
Criminal Invest. Dmd. (Mandamus in nature).

8. Ultimately the Arbiter Juris No. 002278 had been arrested along with a
Security Officer under the JOHN BELION DETECTIVE AGENCY INC.

One “service sidearm” (TAW 73454)($950.00)had been seized from the

Arbiter while operating in official capacity.

9. Search and Seizure warrant had been initiated on the EMBASSY Located
3742 Pipeline Rd Panama city Florida 32404.

10. Unlawful search of the EMBASSY by AC LLORENS, ATF Agent, and

signed into action by LARRY A. BODIFORD, Magistrate Judge on 6-4-
2015.

11. After the unlawful search of an embassy in violation of diplomatic law. The
Federal Masonic Agency were unable to seize anything in which they would
refer as contraband. see doc. 00107.

12. The Arbiter had been incarcerated in an MILITARY INSTALLATION at
BAY COUNTY JAIL located 5700 Star Lane, Panama City, Florida 32404.

13. Due to the dangers surrounding the unlawful detention in THE BAY
COUNTY MILITARY JAIL, and reasons stated above; The
GOVERNMENT OF USIC did not request the deployment of (UMMA).

14. Moreover, The GOVERNMENT OF USIC preferred to wait until the

defendants completed the conspiracy, and a MOTION TO TRANSPORT;
OR EARLY TERMINATION OF A SUPERVISED RELEASE of our
agent, MARWAN BELION Juris No. 002278 to the Jurisdiction of the
GOVERNMENT OF USIC.

STATEMENT OF ACTION

1. THE GOVERNMENT OF USIC avers, that the defendants have failed

to respond to the Affidavit of Proof of Charges filed in THE 14TH
JUDICIAL CIRCUIT COURT on or about May 19, 2015 in the court of
JUDGE SHAN VANN.

2. The GOVERNMENT asserts that the UNITED STATES CORPORATION
COMPANY; incorporated in Florida, a MAGHRIB AL AQSA territory(s)
has incorporated names of those identified as Moors, specified in the
PEACE AND FRIENDSHIP TREATY; MAROC in the year Hijira 1200 /
western year of 1786.

3. Furthermore, the corporate names of those described as Moors in the treaty,

are used as instruments for payments, owed in sovereign debt to a Defacto
STATE OF ISRAEL.

4. However, this method of debt payment allows the UNITED STATES

CORPORATION COMPANY and its entity(s) the immunity to detain and
arrest innocent Resident(s), Member(s), Civilian(s) of the GOVERNMENT
OF USIC, and their own subjects for statutory regulations absent a
foundation of "True Crime" . Set for the purpose of obtaining the funds from
the corporate person on the expense of the human flesh being subjected to
incarceration.

Violation of the Treaty Article 6, and

Title 22 USIC 0.3 § 31.2 (2)(3)(4)(5) (Intro-National Law).

5. Second, it abstracts the funds from the accused, by tapping into the financial
trusts, and proclaiming a Parens Patriae over the illegally detained Nationals.

6. Third, it uses the payments for the care and custody of the detained, to pay
for its debts owed to foreign countries.

 7. Based on this accusation above, and the failure to respond: THE
GOVERNMENT OF USIC shall petition the SUPREME TRIBUNAL OF
THE JURIS, in the issuance of an order to compel foreign corporate entity(s)
to obtain a license to operate any business on the territory(s) of MAGHRIB
AL AQSA. If the SUPREME TRIBUNAL agrees to issue such ORDER
early, or either at a later time; it may see fit to do so.

8. THE GOVERNMENT contends that such conspiracy orchestrated by the

defendants have funneled the wealth from the Resident(s), Member(s),
Civilian(s) of the GOVERNMENT OF USIC, and their own subjects, for
purpose of payment of uncertified debts, and the squander of a National
financial prosperity.

9. THE GOVERNMENT emphasizes that research of this “data structure

analysis” establishes that the UNITED STATES CORPORATION
COMPANY has a default balance that of 22 trillion in debt for payments
owed to the GOVERNMENT. A violation of the Treaty and a disrespect of
the authority which conducts the migration, and commercial contracts
operated in the Maghrib Region or UNITED STATES

10. The GOVERNMENT OF USIC; reports on statistics of the events that are in
the process of reshaping a climate change, resulting in catastrophic issues.
Pertaining to stage events of violence toward a “Classified Ethnic Group” by
military police, operating under the authority of “Fraternal Order of Police”
a secret society. Moreover; such masonic tentacle out-reach, extends within
the chambers of the judiciary assembly, effecting the judicial decision of
intelligible courts.

CURE OF MAINTENANCE.

The GOVERNMENT with authority of collective thought and reason, believes

with good faith, that the reinstatement of U.M.M.A will establish an over-sight. It’s

constructive provision shall establish a reverse algorithm, using a new constructive
development called “Anti-Crypto Software”.
The GOVERNMENT OF USIC directs this SUPREME TRIBUNAL to examine
the Anti-Crypto Software, and to establish an opinion as to the constitutionality in
the respect of decisions whom it reaches.

DIRECTIONS TO THE CLERK

I. The GOVERNMENT directs the Clerk of the SUPREME TRIBUNAL, and

foreign lower courts to inform military, local, foreign and domestic channels
of law enforcement. The credentials of identification shall furnish any and
all Diplomatic Associates, Military Personnel, and functions of “Full Faith
and Credit of this Military Government.
