Number/s to be recruited: One

Position / Role Description: Project Manager

1. Managing and tracking project using Primavera P6 or MS Project.

2. Demonstrate experience in management of renewable energy design and project development of
photovoltaic solar projects
3. Monitor project costs to ensure the projects stay within the corporate budget goals.
4. Coordinate Subcontractor Milestone billing with Accounting.
5. Coordinate the contracting process for selection and management of engineering contractor, consultants,
major suppliers, general contractors, subcontractors needed to successfully deliver projects under the
terms of the Engineering PSA, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Contracts.
6. Monitor and documents QA/QC conformity of projects to required engineering and construction standards.
7. Provide detailed Project Contract weekly and monthly status reports for the home office team.
8. Coordinate with Construction Manager in development of commodity curves.
9. Maintain thorough understanding of the Contracts and Project deliverables.
10. Assist development in bidding projects
11. Ensure timely submission of project design and procurement documents to independent engineers.
12. Development and management of integrated project schedules covering all project phases ensuring project
milestones and deadlines are met.
Preferable Experience & Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of Experience
2. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
3. Experience with solar or energy related projects
4. General knowledge of construction principles/practices required
5. Experienced dealing with subcontracts, subcontractors and/or self-perform work
6. Experience leading successful project team, including development of employee and maintaining
relationships with external entities

3. Strong organizational, written, and personal communication skills
4. Deep understanding of overall solar PV industry including major equipment manufacturer and supplier
relationships is required
5. Proficient with MS excel, word and power point
