( preferred with Admin experience )

1.Designs and implements all hardware and software components, including Fieldbus Modules
Configuration of Sequence Code and Sequential Functional chart(SFC),
Associated with Human Machine Interface(HMIs) Understanding the solution and preparing the system
architecture design and related documentation
Develops the Functional Design Specification(FDS) to meet the project Scope and relevant documents
such as System
Involve in Client Project FEEDER meeting and Kick-Off Meeting for the Design and Documentation
Approval
Handling SPI team and Implementing the conventional type and FF type wiring
Terminal Database Creation and Components Creation for DCS Logics and HMI
Preparing the P&ID Markups and Creating the HMI Displays as per FDS Specification.
Finding Simple, Complex and Complicated Loops for HMI and Controller Modification for Foxboro DCS
System.
Responsible for SPI Activity and DCS Hardware Design
Preparation SPI Procedure and SPI Project Specification Documents
Preparation of DCS Cabinet Layout and HW Loop Typical Drawing
Terminal Data base and IO Assignment Preparation
DCS System Interconnection Layouts and Architecture Layout Design
IO Library Creation and UDT/UDF Updating in SPI Server
IO List Creation and BULKDATA Generation for Fox pro DCS system
Project Status report preparation on daily/weekly/month Basis.
