2. In connection with the above references, the undersigned cadet respectfully

submits to your office the attached result of ranks and dormitory inspection conducted on
November 10, 2018 with corresponding nature of delinquency.

3. Furthermore, the following inspection forms utilized were signed by the

respective Inspecting Officer, Battalion, Company Sergeant Majors and Regimental
Officers to ensure that it will be properly notified every caution during the inspection.
