*Physical education, also known as PE, gym, or gym class, and known in
many Commonwealth countries as physical training or PT, is an educational
course related of maintaining the human body through physical exercises
(i.e. calisthenics). It is taken during primary and secondary education and
encourages psychomotor learning in a play or movement exploration setting to promote
health.

Philippines. It contains both barehand and weaponary arts - everything that has got to
do with fighting. The barehand combat include boxing, wrestling, grappling, pressure
points and locks.

*Remy Presas. Remy Amador Presas (December 19, 1936 – August 28, 2001)
was the founder of Modern Arnis, a popular Filipino martial art. Born in the Philippines,
he moved to the United States in 1974, where he taught his art via seminars and
camps.

5.) What are the other names of Arnis?


*Mano Mano is the empty-hand component of Filipino martial arts, particularly Arnis.
The term translates as "hands" or "hand to hand" and comes from the Spanish word
mano (hand). It is also known as suntukan or panununtukan in Luzon and pangamot in
the Visayas, as well as De Cadena or Cadena de Mano in some FMA systems.
