Re: Panhandling

The topic I have decided to discuss is the issue of panhandling. Panhandling can be described as

anyone who begs on the streets for something in return. This topic is seen as a problem to me and

also those who are affected. The problem stands in need of control. Not only can it cause danger

to the beggars and the begged of but it also has created a dirty environment. We simply need to

design more effective ways to solve the problem then what we have been doing all along.

My knowledge of the issue primarily comes from experience. I live near a busy city which is a

growing habitat for the panhandlers of the area. There have been instances where my family has

been approached by a violent beggar asking for money and it is a complication to many. I am

hoping to gain more knowledge about my topic and learn more about the negative and positive.
