➢ Atmospheric checking shall be done prior to
enter inside the chamber using five gas detector
➢ Enter inside the chamber if atmosphere is safe
to occupy inside the chamber
➢ Use tripod with winch for emergency evacuation
from the chamber
➢ All interveners shall wear safety harness to
attach with tripod wire rope in the event of
emergency evacuation
➢ Atmosphere shall be monitored during full
course of work
➢ A Hole watch shall be appointed to keep records
of atmospheric inspection, keep communication
with workers and keep records of entry / exit of
the workers
➢ All required LOTO shall be done by O&M
➢ Apply rotation system for workers to avoid
continuous exposure in the chamber
➢ Supervisor shall be presented during the full
course of work
