PERILAKU PASIEN ODHA DI KABUPATEN SRAGEN

ABSTRAK
Pada tahun 2013 ditemukan hampir 78 juta orang telah terinfeksi virus HIV dan
sekitar 39 juta orang telah meninggal karena HIV. Secara global 35 juta orang hidup dengan
HIV pada akhir 2013. Diperkirakan 0,8% dari orang dewasa berusia 15-49 tahun di seluruh
dunia hidup dengan HIV. Penyakit HIV-AIDS merupakan golongan penyakit yang
mematikan di dunia termasuk di Indonesia. Kasus HIV-AIDS di Indonesia yang dilaporkan
oleh Kementrian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia tahun 2014 sebanyak 32.711 kasus untuk
HIV dan AIDS 5.494 kasus Kasus HIV-AIDS di Kabupaten Sragen menempati posisi
tertinggi ketiga di Jawa Tengah setelah Kebumen dan posisi pertama di Soloraya dengan
angka total 745 kasus. Jumlah kasus HIV-AIDS berdasarkan jenis kelamin pada perempuan
tertinggi yaitu 380 kasus dengan persentase 51,01% dari jumlah laki-laki 365 kasus dengan
persentase 48,99%. Dengan faktor risiko didominasi oleh heteroseksual.
Penelitian ini bersifat survei analitik yaitu penelitian yang menggali bagaimana dan
mengapa fenomenal kesehatan itu terjadi. Desain yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini
adalah Cross Section Study untuk mempelajari dinamika korelasi antara faktor-faktor resiko
dengan efek dengan cara pendekatan, observasi atau pengumpulan data sekaligus pada suatu
saat.Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan Probability Sampling
adalah teknik sampling yang memberikan peluang yang sama bagi setiap unsur (anggota)
populasi untuk dipilih menjadi anggota sampel dengan jumlah populasi 133 responden dan
sampel 100 responden.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa responden yang paling banyak umur ≤30
tahun, berjenis kelamin laki-laki yaitu 64%, dan pendidikan SLTA yaitu 38%, untuk
Kepatuhan Pelayanan CST banyak yang tidak patuh yaitu 65%, dengan perilaku kurang
yaitu 56%. Ada hubungannnya karena nilai p value Kepatuhan dan perilaku < 0,05
Sehingga kepatuhan dalam pelayanan CST dengan perilaku kurang.

ABSTRACT

In 2013 nearly 78 million people were infected with the HIV virus and around 39
million people have died from HIV. Globally 35 million people lived with HIV at the end of 2013.
An estimated 0.8% of adults aged 15-49 years around the world live with HIV. HIV-AIDS is a
group of deadly diseases in the world, including in Indonesia. The cases of HIV-AIDS in
Indonesia reported by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2014 were 32,711
cases for HIV and AIDS. 5,494 cases of HIV-AIDS cases in Sragen Regency were the third
highest in Central Java after Kebumen and the first position in Soloraya with a total of 745
cases . The highest number of HIV-AIDS cases by sex in women was 380 cases with a percentage
of 51.01% of the number of men 365 cases with a percentage of 48.99%. With risk factors
dominated by heterosexuals.
This research is an analytical survey that is research that explores how and why
phenomenal health occurs. The design used in this study is the Cross Section Study to study the
dynamics of the correlation between risk factors and effects by approaching, observing or
collecting data at one time at a time. The sampling technique in this study using Probability
Sampling is a sampling technique that provides opportunities the same for each element
(member) of the population to be chosen as members of the sample with a population of 133
respondents and a sample of 100 respondents.
The results of this study indicate that respondents who were at most 30 years old, male
sex were 64%, and senior high school education was 38%, for Compliance with many CST
services that were not compliant at 65%, with less behavior that was 56%. There is a connection
because the value of p value Compliance and behavior <0.05 so that compliance in CST services
