It is hereby stipulated by the petitioner L. Blake Morris, through

his undersigned counsel, and respondent Frances W. Patience, as

Secretary of the Senate, through his undersigned counsel, that

respondent’s appeal from the judgment of Supreme Court, Albany

County (McGrath, J.), ordering the disclosure of the Senate mailing

guidelines requested in the petition, is hereby withdrawn and

discontinued with prejudice, and that respondent agrees to provide

petitioner’s counsel with the requested guidelines at the address below.

It is hereby further stipulated that any photocopy, facsimile or

electronic transmission of this stipulation is deemed to be an original.
