MOTION TO TEMPORARILY DISMISS COMPLAINT

Comes now the Private Complainant NINA C. LASALA through

counsel, and unto this Honorable Office, most respectfully submits this
Motion to Temporarily Dismiss Complaint and avers:

That private complainant and respondent agreed to amicably settle the

civil aspect of the abovementioned cases, after the parties entered into a
COMPROMISE AGREEMENT dated _____________, hereto attached as
ANNEX “A”;

That for and in consideration thereof, the herein complainant files this
Motion for Temporarily Dismissal for as long as the respondent complies with
her obligations as stated under said Compromise Agreement, without
prejudice to the revival or refiling of the same as soon as the respondent fails
to comply with the terms and conditions stated therein;

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, the complainant through her

respective counsel prays that these cases be dismissed or considered
withdrawn, without prejudice to the refiling of the same as soon as the
respondent fails to comply with her obligations as stated in the Compromise
Agreement.

Other reliefs just and equitable under the premises are likewise prayed
for.
