Air Rifle Shoooting - You will need to ensure that parental permission in writing for each participant under 18 is shown to the instructor

Charges are reviewed annually on 1st April. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the Standard Rate
All bookings are accepted subject to the Bradley Wood Booking Conditions.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Pricing
Charges are reviewed on 1st April each year.
Any advance booking will be adjusted to prices applicable at the date of use
Card payments may be made in person or over the phone

Building Hire
Buildings are available:
Weekends - from 6pm Friday until 4pm Sunday
Midweek – by agreement
Overnight - from 6pm first day until 4pm the next day

Deposits
Buildings - £100 per building
Camping - £10 per weekend
£50 per week
Activities - no deposit payable
Deposits are payable with 14 DAYS of booking, and the booking will be cancelled if no deposit is received
Deposits are non-refundable

Balances
The balance for all Buildings, Camping and/or Actviites are payable in full FOUR WEEKS before the Event

Cancellations
Buildings - Full fees are payable if cancelled within FOUR WEEKS of the EVENT
Camping - (including reduction in camper nights) Full refund held as a credit against future bookings
Activities - No refund if cancelled within TWO WEEKS of the EVENT. If cancelled with more than TWO WEEKS notice, balance will be held a
credit against future bookings

Building Recharges
In the event that any part of the building is left in an unsatisfactory condition, a charge may be raised to cover cleaning / repair / replacement
costs as necessary. Our aim is to provide a building that you would be happy to enter at the beginning of your hire.

Child Protection Code Of Practice

Bradley Wood is a Scout Camp Site and as such all users must agree to abide by the Scout Association’s Child Protection code of practice. This
code is contained on the ‘Young People First’ card, available on request. In particular, it must be understood that any contravention of the code
of practice could lead to the Scout Association initiating its own reporting and referral procedures. If your organisation has its own child
protection code of practice, please supply us with a copy.

Insurance
Scout Association Insurance ONLY covers members of the Scout Association. If you are a non Scout Association organisation YOU ARE NOT
COVERED BY US and must arrange your own insurance cover for everything involved during your stay at the site.

Other ‘Scouts’

If your ‘Scout’ organisation is not recognised by the World Organisation of Scout Movements you are not permitted to use this campsite

Dogs
The owners of all dogs must abide by the following rules:
All dogs must be kept on lead
Dogs are not permitted in buildings
Bradley Wood reserves the right to exclude any dog from the site

Vehicles, and their contents, are left entirely at the owner’s risk.
