ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPT OF CASH PAYMENT FOR SPACE RENTAL

ADVANCE PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT FEE

I hereby acknowledged that a sum of P40,000.00 (FORTY THOUSAND PESOS) was

received from MR.REGIE R. SEDILLO as the LESSEE of the 1st stall located at
BENKING BLDG. # 6305 P. Arguelles St. San Francisco (U.M Drive) 8105 Panabo City
Davao Del Norte. The sum was received this March 01, 2019.

Further, the sum was intended for ADVANCE PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT FEE for
SPACE RENTAL.

Upon receipt, the LESSOR is giving the authority to the LESSEE

refurbishing/reconstruction of the entire store which shall NOT exceed
meters.
