4. This course is for students to analyze and find solutions to the


following problem:

How to promote digital transformation in Colombian medium-


sized enterprises?

With the aim of developing a diagnosis to identify the current


situation of medium-sized companies in Colombia, each student
contributes recording an audio of the development of one Survey
to identify and characterize medium-sized enterprises for digital
transformation to the form proposed in the Annex 1 attached in
the Collaborative Learning Environment. The company to be
studied must meet the following requirements, which can be
confirmed in its public information:

 The Company must be a legal person (persona jurídica) with


an existing registration in a Chamber of Commerce in
Colombia.
 According to the law 905 of 2004, a medium-sized company
must fulfil this parameters:

o Workforce between 51 and 200 employees


o Total assets between 5.001 and 30.000 legal monthly
minimum wages
For its evaluation, the results must be submitted on the following
Google form in English, therefore, the student might find a person
in the company who can be able to answer the questions in that
language, otherwise, the student has the responsibility of
translating the answers with the aim of being evaluated.

Also, it is mandatory that the person who solve the survey and
the student, sign a confidentiality agreement attached in the
Collaborative Learning Environment as Annex 2 - Confidentiality
agreement (Consentimiento Informado)

5. Individually, each student must consolidate a .zip file to be


submitted to the Monitoring and Evaluation Environment
according to the guidelines given below in section Products to
deliver by student, and name it with the following structure:

3. Identifique la propiedad intelectual tradicional de la actividad


anterior, elabore tres infografías creativas, una para cada tipo:
patentes, derechos de autor, marcas comerciales, que incluyen lo
siguiente:

• Nombre del estudiante, fecha, número de grupo


• Tipo de propiedad intelectual (patentes, derechos de autor, marcas
registradas)
• Oficina colombiana encargada de descartar el registro según el tipo
de PI.
• Proceso de registro según el tipo de IP.
• Requisitos y tarifas

4. Este curso es para que los estudiantes analicen y encuentren


soluciones al siguiente problema:

¿Cómo promover la transformación digital en las medianas empresas


colombianas?
Con el objetivo de desarrollar un diagnóstico para identificar la
situación actual de las medianas empresas en Colombia, cada
estudiante contribuye a grabar un audio del desarrollo de una
encuesta para identificar y caracterizar a las medianas empresas para
la transformación digital a la forma propuesta en el Anexo. 1 adjunto
en el entorno de aprendizaje colaborativo. La empresa que se va a
estudiar debe cumplir con los siguientes requisitos, que se pueden
confirmar en su información pública:

• La Compañía debe ser una persona jurídica (persona jurídica) con un


registro existente en una Cámara de Comercio en Colombia.
• Según la ley 905 de 2004, una empresa mediana debe cumplir con
estos parámetros:

o Fuerza laboral entre 51 y 200 empleados.


o Activos totales entre 5.001 y 30.000 salarios mínimos mensuales
legales.

Para su evaluación, los resultados deben presentarse en el siguiente


formulario de Google en inglés, por lo tanto, el estudiante puede
encontrar una persona en la empresa que pueda responder las
preguntas en ese idioma; de lo contrario, el estudiante tiene la
responsabilidad de traducir el Respuestas con el objetivo de ser
evaluadas.

Además, es obligatorio que la persona que resuelve la encuesta y el


estudiante firmen un acuerdo de confidencialidad adjunto en el
Entorno de aprendizaje colaborativo como Anexo 2 - Acuerdo de
confidencialidad (Consentimiento Informado)

5. Individualmente, cada estudiante debe consolidar un archivo .zip


para ser enviado al Ambiente de Monitoreo y Evaluación de acuerdo
con las pautas que se detallan a continuación en la sección Productos
que entregará el estudiante y nombrarlo con la siguiente estructura:

7. Research involve the problem description as a crucial step,


therefore, each group member must read the following
complementary reference from unit 1 at the Knowledge
Environment:

8. Base on the different problem trees proposed by each student


collaboratively, each group must defined a problem description
following the requirements below:

 On paragraph maximum 200 words (only one per


group)
 Describe the problem that must be solved according to the
previous question
 Include statistics with its sources

9. In the Collaborative Learning Environment forum, consolidate all


evidences in a PDF document, according to the guidelines given
below in section Products to deliver by student, and name it with

6. Después de desarrollar la encuesta individual y basándose en su

7. La investigación involucra la descripción del problema como un paso


crucial, por lo tanto, cada miembro del grupo debe leer la siguiente
referencia complementaria de la unidad 1 en el Entorno de

8. Basándose en los diferentes árboles de problemas propuestos por


cada estudiante en colaboración, cada grupo debe definir una
descripción del problema siguiendo los requisitos a continuación:

• En el párrafo máximo 200 palabras (solo una por grupo)


• Describa el problema que debe resolverse de acuerdo con la
pregunta anterior.
• Incluir estadísticas con sus fuentes.
