1. Call Centres are used by many service companies as a support of Customer Service.
Inspect & study the training methods used to train call centres employees by selecting any
one call centre of your city.

2. Determine & recollect your recent experience with a service organization and prepare a
report on the experience-generating moments.

3. Apply SERVQUCAL to any two of the services in your locality & rate the quality
performance. Conclude your report with relevant reasons for quality rating.
