26 Dagupan City, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this
27 Honorable Court, accused BOYET DIMALABANAN and AUDREY
28 MILES, being private individuals, conspiring, confederating and
29 mutually helping one another, did then and there, willfully,
30 unlawfully and feloniously kidnap and take away BABY ANGELO,
31 a 2-year old male child, without the consent of her parents, for
32 the purpose of extorting ransom from the latter, and immediately
33 thereafter, the said accused detained said minor child and
34 deprived him of his freedom and liberty up to and until about 4:30
35 in the afternoon of the following day, to the prejudice and
36 damage of said minor child and his family.
