1 Easy DMS Login and Log off
Easy DMS has separate GUI which you can see on your desktop with below Icon.

Click on the Icon and login into required System by giving the following details:

 System
 Client
 User
 Password
 Language

Easy DMS is similar to that of Windows Folder Structure, Where all the Authorized folders
and subfolders can be seen.

Log Off:

Log On/ Log Off option is found in Easy DMS Menu. This can be used to Login and Log
off.

2 Create Folder
Click on ‘Create’ Option on Menu path and Select ‘Create Folder’ from Dropdown.

Create Folder by providing the below details:

 Document Type
 Description

3 Delete Folder
Right Click on Folder and Select ‘Delete Folder’ option. Folder gets deleted if the users have
authorization and Folder is empty. Else delete sub files under folder and then delete Folder.

4 Change Folder Properties


Select the Folder and Click on ‘SAP Properties’ in menu bar.

5 Create Document
Click on ‘Create’ Option on Menu path and Select ‘Create Document’ Option from
Dropdown.

Create Documents by providing the below details:

 Document Description
 Status
 Attachments
 Storage Location

Create Document by Copy Paste:

Copy required file from your desktop and paste in Easy DMS Folder.

6 Edit File
Select the Folder and Click on Edit File in menu bar.

Files open in respective Applications.

7 Change Document Status


Right Click on Document and select ‘Change Status’.

8 Delete Attachment
Right Click on Document and select ‘Delete File'.

9 Delete Document
Right Click on Document and select ‘Delete Document'.

10 Send Document as URL
Right Click on Document and select ‘Send Document as URL’.

11 Send File
Right Click on Document and select ‘Send File’

12 Create Versions

Select the Document and Click on ‘Create’ option in menu bar. Select Create Version from
Drop Down.
