1 Precautions
Before you install the patch, read the NE05E&08E V200R005SPH012 Patch Release Notes to
understand basic information about the patch, impact of the installation, and updates on
version mappings.
Before installing this patch, ensure that no other patches or the history patch listed in table 1-2
of NE05E&08E V200R005SPH012 Patch Release Notes are installed on the NE.
CAUTION
Before loading the patch on an NE, verify that there are no current alarms on the NE. If there
are current alarms on the NE, handle the alarms first.
When the patch is being installed or uninstalled on an ATN NE, traffic on the NE will be
interrupted for about 100 ms.
If BFD or OAM link detection protocols are configured for the NE and the detection duration
is less than 100 ms, the protocols will be disconnected or the detection state will be Down
because of the traffic interruption.
When installing the patch on an ATN NE, do not power off, restart, or reseat the system
control board of the NE.

Stage Reference
Run the patch load command in the user view to load V200R005SPH012. pat from the CF
card on the desired NE to the NE software.

5 Precautions
This chapter describes the operation of the previously released version related issues
guidance.
Step 2 Run the undo shutdown command on the interface that is disabled from emitting light.

Step 2 Run the mpls te lsp-tp outbound enable command in the system view. Run the mpls te
bandwidth ct0 and mpls te lsp-tp outbound commands in the system view to make the
bandwidth limit take effect on all TE tunnels and allow CT0 bandwidth to be used only in
bandwidth negotiation.

bandwidth ct0 command to limit the bandwidth of all TE tunnels.

Step 4 Remove the patch. The rate limiting for TE tunnels is unchanged on the device.

Step 2 Run the undo dcn mode vlan command in the diagnostic view.

(1) Save the configuration before restarting the device. Determine that the configurations of
the entire device can be saved.
(2) Restarting the device interrupts existing services. To prevent this problem, select a time
to restart the device.

DTS2016071100724: After an NTP client receives invalid KOD packets, the NTP client
stops or delays time synchronization with the NTP server. If the problem has not occurred,
install the patch to prevent the problem from occurring. If the problem has occurred, install
the patch and perform the following operations to reconfigure the NTP server mode on the
NTP client:
Step 1 In the system view of the NTP client, run the undo ntp-service unicast-server { ip-address |
ipv6 ipv6-address } command to disable the NTP server mode (This example assumes that
the server configuration on the NTP client is ntp-service unicast-server 189.53.157.123
version 4).
Step 2 In the system view of the NTP client, run the ntp-service unicast-server { ip-address
version 4 | ipv6 ipv6-address } command to reconfigure the NTP server mode.

4. If the problem has not occurred, installing the patch prevents the problem from occurring.
If the problem has occurred, install the patch and run the shutdown and undo shutdown
commands on the Eth-Trunk interface's active interface.

DTS2015102806014: After the undo isis enable or undo isis <process-id> command is
run in the system view, the isisAdjacencyChange alarm (OID: 1.3.6.1.3.37.2.0.17) is
generated. This alarm cannot be cautomatically cleared.
Step 1 Run the display alarm active command in any view of a faulty device and check whether the
command output contains the isisAdjacencyChange alarm.
If this alarm is not displayed, the problem has not occurred.
If this alarm is displayed, this problem has occurred. In this case, go to Step 2.

Step 2 To delete IS-IS configurations manually, go to Step 4 so that the IS-Is neighbor status change
alarm can be cleared manually.
Step 3 To change an interface, run the display isis peer command in any view of the device. If an
IS-IS neighbor relationship is established on a new interface, go to Step 4 to manually clear
the alarm that is not automatically matched and cleared.

management view to clear the alarm.

If any errors occur during patch installation, perform the following steps to reinstall the patch:
Step 1 Delete the patch (see section 6.2 "Patch Rollback").
Step 2 Reinstall the patch (see section 3.2 "Installing the Patch").
Step 3 Verify patch installation (see section 4.1 "Verifying Version Information").
Step 4 Perform special operations for the patch to take effect (see chapter 5 "Precautions").
