1. RESUMEN
ABSTRACT
The following report presents the knowledge acquired in the last laboratory
practice on the separation of valuable particles by taking advantage of the
difference in their specific weight, the purpose of the practice was to recover the
gold through a simple and inexpensive process.
There is a certain sample of gold particulate material, with the same particle size
in the whole sample. The main objective is the separation and recovery of the
valuable mineral, of the ore without value with the help of the density difference.
2. PROCEDIMIENTO
2.1.2 Proceso
2.3.1 Calculos
Datos:
-mineral: 4 Kg
-Agua: 9 litros
-% solidos: 31%
-Tiempo: 32´20´´
-Angulo e inclinación:45°
a) Flujo de agua:
𝐿𝑡 10−3 𝑚3 𝑚3
2.2 𝑥 = 0.0022
𝑚𝑖𝑛 1𝐿 𝑚𝑖𝑛
b) Agua total utilizada:
𝑚 3
0.0022 𝑚𝑖𝑛 𝑋(32𝑋60 + 20)
60𝑠
= 0.0711𝑚3
1𝐿𝑡
= 0.0711𝑚3 𝑥 = 71.1 𝑙𝑖𝑡𝑟𝑜𝑠
10−3 𝑚3
