Requirements
The table below outlines the requirements for this preconfigured demonstration.

Table 1. Requirements

Required Optional
● Mobile device, such as an Apple iPhone or iPad or Android Smartphone ● Router, registered and configured for Cisco dCloud. (For on
● Laptop with Cisco AnyConnect VPN and the following Video capable endpoints premise devices if not using Jabber)
(If demonstrating with devices):
o One Cisco Webex DX/SX/Board/Room 55/77/Room Kit
(Room device)
o Two Cisco IP Phone 7800 or 8800 series

NOTE: A Router is recommended to register physical endpoints to Unified CM as your on-premise devices, instead of using
Jabber on the workstations. It can also connect to Unified CM to upgrade endpoints to firmware that supports registering to Cisco
Webex. If endpoints have the correct firmware and are registered to Webex, then an endpoint router is not required, just a
connection to the internet for each device.

About This Solution

Cisco Webex Teams Overview

Cisco Webex is an app-centric cloud-based service that provides a complete collaboration suite for teams to create, meet,
message, call, whiteboard, and share, regardless of whether they’re together or apart; in one continuous workstream before,
during, and after meetings. It is built to make teams work seamlessly. It is a simple, secure, complete, and open service that
enables people to work better.

Communication needs to be agile, mobile, and collaborative – all thanks to mobile devices and evolving innovations in
infrastructure and applications. The Cisco Webex service makes instant communications and live meetings possible through a
deeply integrated set of industry-leading communications tools for an unmatched collaboration experience—that only the Cisco®
cloud can deliver.

Accelerate teamwork with these tools

Messaging and content sharing: Use teams and spaces to easily bring people together. Send messages, meet, share files,
whiteboard. Spend less time chasing email and instant messaging, more time getting work done.

Team-based meetings: Maximize productivity. Anyone in a space can schedule, start, and record meetings. Quickly include
guests and support up to 75 video users. Keep work moving after the meeting in the connected workspace.

Whiteboarding: Collaborate on sketches in the app. Or take Cisco Webex Teams capabilities to the next level with Cisco Webex
Board’s all-in-one wireless presentation, digital whiteboarding, and video conferencing.

Calling: Handle calls where you want—in the app, on an IP phone, or a conference-room video device. Deploy in the cloud with
Cisco Webex Calling or connect to on-premises or partner-hosted telephony services.

Integrations and bots: Help users rely on fewer systems and apps by bringing them together in Webex Teams. Use integrations
to streamline work flows and bots to automate actions. Visit Webex App Hub to explore.

Cisco Webex Hybrid Services

Increase the benefits of your on-prem unified communications and collaboration investment with Cisco Webex Hybrid Services.
They simplify connecting your existing network resources and on-premises unified communications services to the Cisco Webex
Teams platform in the cloud. This provides even greater collaboration capabilities, along with consistent, unified user and
administrator experiences.

More and more, organizations are choosing collaboration services from the cloud. Why? Cloud services:

• Are easier and faster to deploy

• Don't require the upfront capital investment of on-premises systems

• Can free up IT staff to focus on other priorities

Many organizations, however, are unable or unwilling to move all their services to the cloud. Often, they are not ready to replace
everything they have on premises, or they simply want to augment their current collaboration tools with those from the cloud. But
having tools from both the cloud and the premises can create inconsistent, disjointed user experiences and tools that don't work
together as one.

Cisco dCloud

Cisco solves this problem with Cisco Webex Hybrid Services. These services connect what you have on premises with Cisco
Webex Teams in the cloud to provide a single integrated experience. If you like the capabilities of Webex Teams, you can integrate
those capabilities with what you currently deploy for an even better end-user and administrator experience.

Available Hybrid Services

Hybrid Call Service: This service is ideal for organizations that want the capabilities of Cisco Webex Teams and Webex Meetings
but already have or would prefer to use Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Business Edition 6000 or 7000, or a Cisco
Powered™ cloud service from a certified Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution partner for call control. Hybrid Call Service can
enable you to use the Cisco call control you have and integrate it so tightly with Cisco Webex Teams and Cisco Webex Meetings
that your end users will never know they are not a single service. It makes the Cisco Webex aware of all calls across the unified
communications system and connects them so they work together. Capabilities include instant desktop sharing, using the Cisco
Webex Teams app as a mobile client, integration of Cisco video devices with your dial plan, and an integrated call history in the
Cisco Webex Teams app.

Hybrid Calendar Service: This service integrates your on-premises Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, or Google Calendar with
Cisco Webex Teams and Cisco Webex Meetings capabilities. Hybrid Calendar Service easily and automatically creates a Cisco
Webex Teams workspace when scheduling meetings. For example, adding the phrase "@spark" to the meeting invitation’s
location field will automatically create a Cisco Webex Teams workspace and populate the meeting join information in the meeting
invitation. If no workspace is needed, adding the phrase “@webex” to the invite’s location field automatically populates the meeting
join information. Hybrid Calendar Service also allows Cisco Webex users to press a single button to join almost any upcoming
meeting within the app itself and on a video device.

Hybrid Directory Service: This service connects Active Directory to Cisco Webex Teams and enables a user to see all company
contacts in the Cisco Webex Teams app so that they can click to meet, message, or call. It also provides user synchronization
between Microsoft Active Directory and Cisco Webex user management. Hybrid Directory Service simplifies the administrative
experience by automatically synchronizing Microsoft Active Directory users with Cisco Webex (creating, updating, deleting) so that
users are always current in Cisco Webex Teams.

Cisco Webex Video Mesh: This revolutionary capability removes the deployment decision of premises versus cloud for Cisco
Webex video meetings. It places our Cisco Webex meeting engine on-premises to provide local media processing. The result is
on-premises video quality and optimized Internet bandwidth. And it delivers this with simplicity, flexibility, and rapid iteration of new
functionality of the cloud.

Hybrid Data Security Service: Ideal for security-conscious customers, Cisco Hybrid Data Security Service takes our industry-
defining data security a step further by allowing customers to own and manage their own keys on premises. You will still
experience end-to-end encryption, helping ensure that all messages, files, and whiteboards remain secure and available at all
times, while retaining full access to features such as search. With Cisco Webex Teams, your data is private. This includes all
content, messages, and files—even your whiteboard drawings.

Get Started

BEFORE DEMONSTRATING

We strongly recommend that you go through this process at least once, before presenting in front of a live audience. This will
allow you to become familiar with the structure of the document and the demonstration.

PREPARATION IS KEY TO A SUCCESSFUL CUSTOMER PRESENTATION.

Follow the steps below to schedule your demonstration and configure your demonstration environment.

1. Initiate your dCloud session. [Show Me How]

NOTE: It may take up to 45 minutes for your session to become active. However, before using the session, verify an email with
the subject line of THE WEBEX DEMO SETUP IS COMPLETE is in Charles Holland’s email account. This will ensure all cloud
services setup scripts have run.

2. Click View to open the active session.

3. Install and access Cisco AnyConnect on your laptop, using the AnyConnect credentials in the dCloud UI. [Show Me How]

4. Connect your router and laptop. [Show Me How]

5. If you are connected to the demonstration from behind a router, please continue to the next step. If you are connecting directly
to the session from a stand-alone laptop or other device, install and access Cisco AnyConnect on your laptop, using the
AnyConnect credentials in the Cisco dCloud UI. [Show Me How]

© 2018 Cisco and/or its affiliates. All rights reserved. Page 6 of 70

Cisco dCloud

• Recommended method: Use Cisco AnyConnect [Show Me How] and local laptop RDP client.

• Windows Users: It is recommended to use some version of Remote Desktop Manager to save the connections to each virtual
machine. An example of a manager is Microsoft’s Remote Desktop Connection Manager, which can be found at
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=44989.

• Mac Users: Microsoft Remote Desktop (MRD) [ ] or CoRD [ ] applications are recommended to connect to the
virtual machines. MRD can be downloaded for free from the Mac App Store. CoRD can be downloaded free at
http://cord.sourceforge.net/. Each application gives you the capability to save the connections for each virtual machine.

6. The demonstration requires your 7800/8800 phones to have Phone OS v11.0.1+. If in a proctored environment, your proctor
should have installed the correct firmware on your phone. Use http://upgrade.cisco.com/ to help in the upgrade process.

7. The room device will also require vCE8.1+ firmware. If you need to update the room device, you can download the .pkg file
from cisco.com and upgrade the device directly. Use http://upgrade.cisco.com/ to help in the upgrade process.

8. After confirming the devices have the correct firmware, perform a factory reset on each device before starting.

9. For best results, use either the Firefox or Chrome web browsers.

10. This demonstration uses Cisco Jabber to show Cisco Webex hybrid services. You can also attach a dCloud router and self-
provision any physical phone to demonstrate hybrid services.

11. Each user’s password is set to dCloud123! using an in-demo script at startup. Certain issues may arise, causing the email to
not be sent to a user. If this is the case, then these users will have to manually reset their password. This is shown in
Appendix A. Optionally, you can setup Single Sign-on (SSO) if you do not want to use Webex’s basic authentication. The
procedures to enable SSO are shown in Appendix B.

12. In order to run this demonstration, you will need the Collaboration Edge domain information from the Session Details tab on
your dCloud session page. Each session has a unique domain. The image below is only an example. Do not use the
information in the image for your session. Take note of this information now, so you can refer to it throughout the guide. Note
that in dCloud there are two domain formats that could be used: collabedge-XXX.dc-YY.com or cbXXX.dc-YY.com.

Cisco dCloud

13. dCloud Webex Demo Bot: To make registration of devices faster and easier we have a dCloud Webex Demo Bot to
accompany this demo. Using the /devices command this bot will create device codes for Kellie and Taylor’s 7800/8800
endpoints as well as create codes for two room devices. You can also create codes just for room devices. If you would like to
get your devices registered quickly, complete the following:

• Obtain the domain assigned to your session as shown in the previous step.

• Start a 1:1 space with the dCloud Webex Demo bot by searching for dcloud_wt@webex.bot.

• Once the space is created, send a message and you will receive a welcome message along with instructions.

• Before creating device codes, verify you received the THE WEBEX DEMO SETUP IS COMPLETE email in Charles
Holland’s mailbox as shown in the Demonstration Pre-Configuration section.

• To create your device codes for two 7800/8800’s and two room devices type /devices domain where domain is the
domain you obtained in the previous step.

NOTE: The room devices the /devices command creates will be configured without OBTP. If you would like to have OBTP on your
room devices use the /obtp command below to create room device codes separately.

• Use the codes that are generated to register your devices.

• If you would like to just generate a code for a room device type /rd domain,rd name

• If you would like to just generate a code for a room device with OBTP type /obtp domain,alias,rd_name (SEE
NOTE BELOW)

NOTE: The alias part of the command above represents the part before the @ sign of the email address. By default, there are five
room resources already created on Exchange. The aliases are webexrd, webexrd2, webexrd3, webexrd4, and webexrd5. Each
room device must have a unique Exchange room resource assigned to it. When creating your room devices with the bot make sure
to use each alias once. If you need more than five room devices configured with OBTP then use the instructions below to create
more room resources on Exchange for each extra room device you have. This command DOES NOT support Hybrid Devices. See
the next bullet for instructions on setting up a hybrid device as well as OBTP.

Cisco dCloud

1. Create a remote connection to the Exchange server (198.18.133.2) as dcloud\administrator and password: C1sco12345.

2. Open the Exchange Management Shell using the icon on the taskbar [ ].

3. At the [PS] prompt, enter the commands below. Don’t forget to update the domain with the one assigned to your session and
replace New Room/newroom with ones of your choosing.

New-Mailbox -Name ‘New Room' -Alias 'newroom' -room

4. After creating the new room resource, use the bot to create the associated room devices using the new alias you used.

• If you want to just generate a code for a hybrid room device type /hybrid domain,rd_name (SEE NOTE BELOW)

NOTE: This demo only supports ONE hybrid device. If you want to create another code for a hybrid device you MUST go into the
control hub and deleted the existing hybrid device first before generating another code.

The finish_hybrid_setup.bat script MUST run and complete first before generating a hybrid device code. See the pre-
configuration instructions here. This command will also configure OBTP for the room device.

14. The two hybrid users, Charles and Anita, and one hybrid device have an external DID assigned for dialing out and in via a real
PSTN. Only these hybrid users and the hybrid device have the ability to dial PSTN numbers and receive outside calls. You
can find the DID numbers listed in the session details. The numbers are labeled with the respective names. Currently only
Local and National calling is available dialing out from dCloud. For outbound dialing rules and patterns see this page.

Demonstration Pre-Configuration
This content requires a small bit of final configuration before using all hybrid capabilities. Most of the setup was completed for you
at session start up. However, there are a few final configuration steps that need to be made. It will all be done via a script you will
run.

Initial Connection to Demo

1. If not already connected, use Cisco AnyConnect to VPN into your session. The login credentials are provided on the session
details tab within the dCloud session webpage.

1. Create a remote desktop connection to Workstation 1 (198.18.1.36) and log in as dcloud\cholland with Password:
C1sco12345.

2. Open Microsoft Outlook using the icon in the taskbar [ ].

3. For profile name, enter Charles and click OK.

4. You should see a few emails in the inbox from the automatic setup. Verify there is an email with the subject of THE WEBEX
DEMO SETUP IS COMPLETE before continuing. This will ensure all setup scripts for Webex services have completed.

5. You can ignore the rest of the emails for now and minimize Outlook.

Hybrid Services Configuration

In the next section, you will run a final script to complete the hybrid services configuration. This includes the configuration of the
WebEx site and hybrid call services on the connector host. All you need to do is run the script and let it run until the command line
windows closes. Once you start the script, please do not use the workstation until the script finishes. Using the workstation while
the script is running could result in the configuration not being complete.

NOTE: The initial WebEx site setup can take 30-60 minutes to complete. This script will not run until the site is ready. Until then
@webex will not be functional. The @spark feature should be working by demo activation. Make sure to verify user hybrid service
activation in the control hub before using these features.

1. On Workstation 1, minimize Outlook and open the Webex folder on the desktop.

2. Run the finish_hybrid_setup.bat file by double clicking it.

This script will finish the configuration for hybrid services. After running DO NOT use the workstation until the script finishes
completely.

NOTE: The hybrid call services will take a few minutes to become active for Charles and Anita. Be sure to verify the Call Service
shows Activated for Charles and Anita in the control hub before demonstrating call service aware/connect.

The demonstration setup is now complete.

Scenario 4: Hybrid Services: Calendar Service

In this scenario, you will demonstrate the Webex Calendar Service. Calendar Service connects to Microsoft Exchange and WebEx,
via the Calendar Connector, and allows you to create a Webex Teams space and/or a WebEx meeting with all meeting invitees by
adding “@spark” or “@webex” to a meeting invite.

Integrate Microsoft Exchange with Cisco Webex

Simplify meeting scheduling, even from mobile devices, with Cisco Webex Calendar Service.

As workers become more dependent on mobile technology, many want to use their mobile phones to schedule meetings.
Unfortunately, built-in mobile calendar applications do not allow plugins. Consequently, when inviting meeting participants from a
mobile app, there is no easy way to send them information on how to join a Cisco Webex meeting.

At the same time, using Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) is difficult and forces people to manually copy and paste the joining
information into OWA. This problem is so significant, many people do not even try. They wait until they get to the office, or use their
laptops to schedule meetings.

Schedule, Start Meetings from Any Device

Cisco Webex Hybrid Calendar Service overcomes these issues. It makes it easy for you to schedule meetings and create Cisco
Webex Teams rooms automatically, from any device, no matter where you are.

For users with Cisco Webex basic meeting capabilities, adding @spark to a Microsoft Outlook invitation location field automatically
creates a Cisco Webex room for the invitees. The team can begin the conversation and share documents and ideas before the
meeting even starts.

In addition, those with a Cisco Webex advanced meeting subscription can add @webex to the location field of an Outlook
invitation. This automatically populates the body of the invitation with the information on how to join the Cisco WebEx meeting. And
by adding @spark and @webex to the location field, you can achieve both results noted above.

Cisco Webex Hybrid Calendar service gives you all these capabilities without requiring plugins or manual copying and pasting of
the joining information. By simply adding this text to a meeting invitation, you can schedule meetings from anywhere on any device,
including OWA and any mobile device that supports Microsoft Exchange.

How Cisco Webex Hybrid Calendar Service Works

The Hybrid Calendar service can be deployed on its own or together with any of the other Cisco Webex Hybrid Services. To
facilitate these services, a software application or connector must be deployed and run on your premises or in the Cisco Hosted
Collaboration Solution partner cloud. The Hybrid Calendar Service connector requires Cisco Expressway.

There are no incremental subscriptions or fees for deploying this or any of the Cisco Webex Hybrid Services. The Hybrid Service
Connectors and Cisco Expressway are downloadable free of charge. They are part of the Cisco Unified Communications licensing
schemes and the Cisco Webex service.

Scenario 5: Hybrid Services: Call Service Aware and Connect

Extend Call Control to the Cloud

With Cisco Webex Hybrid Call Service, you can integrate call control so tightly with Cisco Webex, everyone will think it is a single
service.

If you are like many organizations, you want the full capabilities of Cisco Webex, including messaging, meeting, and calling, but
already have a Cisco phone system. You may also be using Cisco Jabber for your mobile calling and collaboration, and do not
want or are not ready to move your call capabilities to the cloud.

With Cisco Webex Hybrid Call Service, you can keep using your existing call control and get all the additional benefits of the Cisco
Webex service. Hybrid Call Service combines the Cisco Webex message and meeting capabilities in our Collaboration cloud with
the following Cisco call control systems:

• Cisco Unified Communications Manager

• Cisco Business Edition 6000
• Cisco Business Edition 7000
• Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution (Confirm your Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution provider offers Cisco Webex
Hybrid Services)

Cisco Webex Hybrid Call Service is made up of two components:

• Call Service Aware makes Cisco Webex aware of the call activity within your existing Cisco call control
• Call Service Connect facilitates calls between the two so that they appear as one system to people using them

Benefits of Cisco Webex Hybrid Call Service

Share Your Screen Easily, and Instantly

Cisco Hybrid Call Service helps to enable instant desktop sharing when you call another Cisco Webex user. No extra steps like
scheduling, inviting, or starting a meeting. You can share your screen with a single click.

Make Mobile Calls on the Company Plan

When making mobile audio and video calls using the Cisco Webex Teams app, the app uses Hybrid Call Service to become a
softphone client of your call control. Webex users can make and receive calls to anyone through their extensions using the
company dial plan, just as if they were at their desks.

Reach People More Easily

With Hybrid Call Service, you can use your office phone number across all your devices, even when making and receiving calls
from the Cisco Webex Teams app. When called, your desk phone, Jabber, and Cisco Webex Teams will ring. Answering the call
on any one of them stops the ringing on the other devices.

Unify Your Call History

Today, call history is often locked on the device on which the call was made. Yet your call history is one of the most convenient
ways to reach someone. With Hybrid Call Service, that valuable call history is unlocked from any one device and made available in
Cisco Webex Teams. You can see all of the calls you made and received across your enterprise phone system, whether you used
your Cisco desk phone, Jabber client, or Webex Teams app.

Cisco dCloud

Keep Communications History in One Place

It often helps to know the last time you spoke to someone so you can make reference to it in your call. When you call another
Cisco Webex user with the Hybrid Call Service, the call event is added to the one-to-one Cisco Webex Teams space you are
sharing with that person. Now the space not only includes your chat and shared documents, but also has your call history.

How It Works

Hybrid Call Service can be deployed on its own or together with any of the other Cisco Webex Hybrid Services. To initiate these
services, a software application or connector must be deployed and run on your premises or in the Cisco Hosted Collaboration
Solution partner cloud. The Hybrid Call Service connector requires Cisco Expressway.

There are no incremental subscriptions or fees for deploying this or any of the Cisco Webex Hybrid Services. The Hybrid Service
Connectors and Cisco Expressway are downloadable free of charge. They are part of Cisco Unified Communications licensing
schemes and the Cisco Webex service.

Scenario 7: Cisco Webex Board

The Cisco Webex Board: All-in-one Device for Team Collaboration

With the Cisco Webex Board, you can wirelessly present, whiteboard, video or audio conference, and even annotate shared
content. It has everything you need for team collaboration at the touch of a finger. Use the Cisco Webex Teams app to connect
with virtual team members through the devices of their choice.

Key features of the Cisco Webex Board include:

• Designed with you in mind: Enjoy an easy-to-use, touch-based, high-quality collaboration experience. Cisco Webex Board
integrates the most common tools needed for team collaboration in a physical meeting rooms into a single elegant device.

• Connect virtual teams through the app: You can store everything you create on the Webex Board in the cloud and
associate it with a virtual room. Team members can use the Cisco Webex Teams app to pick up where they left off in the
physical room and continue working anywhere.

• Intelligently anticipates your needs: The Webex Board automatically wakes up when you enter the room. It detects your
Webex Teams app-supported device and suggests an activity, such as call, whiteboard, or wirelessly share your
presentation.

• Technology for natural experiences: A powerful 4K camera captures a high-resolution, wide-angle image of nearly the
entire room. A 12-microphone array delivers crisp, clear audio, automatically amplifying and modulating voices so that all
meeting participants sound great.

In this scenario, you can use a Cisco Webex Board with any demo user. The Webex Board you are using is most likely connected
to the Cisco Webex service. If not, add the Webex Board as you would any other room device, which was shown earlier in
Scenario 2. The Webex Board DOES NOT have to be connected to the same Webex organization you configured during this
demo.

Scenario 9: Cisco Care

In this Scenario, you will demonstrate Cisco Care. The steps below configure these features using users previously configured in
the session with the scripts and bulk provisioning CSV. There is a help desk on-site at dCloud Realty which they use to field chats
and calls.

Cisco Care is a digital customer care solution for help desks and small teams who support external or internal customers. It
enables connected digital experiences by supporting customer care teams who want to deliver contextual, continuous, and
capability-rich customer journeys.

With fifteen minutes of setup, Cisco Care can be embedded on your website to offer chat and callback services. Cisco Care
includes a customer care user workspace and integrated reporting with customer feedback to improve help desk productivity and
effectiveness.

Cisco Care is offered by Cisco as part of the Cisco Webex collaboration journey platform, with integrated administration and
enterprise class security.

Key benefits are:

• Very easy add-on to Cisco Webex (just takes a few clicks in the Webex Control Hub interface)

• Web chat powered by Cisco Webex message

• Callback powered by Cisco Webex call

• Customizable chat and callback to embed in the customer web page

• Real-time queue information on incoming contacts

• Built-in access to customer identification, context and interaction history, giving agents the knowledge to deliver a better
customer experience

• No compromise, end-to-end encryption offered via the Cisco Webex cloud platform

• Integrated agent, team, and customer satisfaction reporting (with color coding to identify excessive response times)
viewable in Cloud Collaboration Management.

Scenario 10: Pro Pack for Cisco Webex Control Hub

In this Scenario, you will demonstrate many Pro Pack features that you can get with Cisco Webex. There are two types of services,
standard and Pro Pack. The standard services come free with Cisco Webex with no additional add-ons. The Pro Pack add-on
provides additional services. For more information on Pro Pack for Cisco Webex Control Hub go here
https://collaborationhelp.cisco.com/article/en-us/np3c1rm.

The following features are in this demonstration:

Compliance – eDiscovery Search and Extraction Tool - eDiscovery comes free with Webex under the standard offering;
however, with the standard offering you will only be able to go back and search up to 90 days. With Pro Pack, your search is
unlimited.

With the eDiscovery search and extraction tool, you can access unlimited data to search and retrieve information within Cisco
Webex Teams spaces. Use email addresses, space IDs, keywords, and specific time limits to narrow the search.

As a compliance officer, you can use Cisco Webex Control Hub to search through any conversation in the Cisco Webex Teams
app. You can look for a specific person in your company, find any content they have shared, and then generate a report of your
findings. You can also look through a specific space for information.

Visit https://collaborationhelp.cisco.com/article/en-us/DOC-21569 to view more information about eDiscovery, including information

about the compliance officer role and the reports provided.

Security – PIN lock enforcement - To ensure that content is secure in the Cisco Webex Teams app, you can set up a PIN lock.
After a PIN lock has been enabled, people can only use Cisco Webex Teams on mobiles with PINs or lock screens.

Security – File Share Controls - You can control how people share files in Cisco Webex. If you want to prevent data loss,
eliminate malware concerns, and apply policy controls on specific Cisco Webex Teams apps, you can restrict users from
downloading, previewing and uploading files to the Cisco Webex Teams apps.

Security – Revoke access - When people lose their mobile phone, or somebody leaves your organization, you can remotely
reoke their access and wipe any cached Cisco Webex content from their mobile phones.

20. Before demonstration, sign out of the management portal and log in again with the SSO credentials.

NOTE: If SSO ever fails for the customer organization, the partner administrator can log into the partner portal and access the
customer organization from there. In the demo you do not have access to this account. If for some reason, like unable to log in with
customer admin, and you need to disable SSO then navigate to C:\dcloud and right click the disable_sso.ps1 file and choose
Run with PowerShell. After the script is run SSO will be disabled.

Install the AD CA Root Certificate (Optional but mandatory if you want to demonstrate Webex on your own devices)

This section will guide you to install the CA certificate for the AD server onto your devices. On Workstation 1 and 2, this certificate
is already installed so you don’t have to install there if you plan on using Webex within the workstations. Since you are using a self-
signed certificate in this lab, you will need to install this CA certificate to your mobile devices as well as you own computer if you
plan on demonstrating with those devices. If they are not installed, the Webex Teams app will show a completely white screen after
submitting the email address for the user. You only have to do this one time. Once the root cert is on your device SSO will always
work in every demo forward. The only time you would have to reinstall is if you manually delete the root cert from the device.

1. To download the root CA certificate, open your browser and navigate to http://cs.co/ad1cacert.

This will download an ad1cacert file. Open this certificate on your device and install it. Basic instructions are below.

2. For Mac, open the certificate and Add it to the login keychain.

a. After adding the certificate, in Keychain Access window (if not open, then open Keychain Access app) complete a
search for ad1 and open the certificate to view the properties.

b. Once open, expand Trust and change the When using this certificate drop-down list box to Always Trust. Then
close out the certificate and keychain access.
