10 proposal points 1. Centralized market + urban garden- the location is strategically chosen because of its centrality within the urban fabric ( urban action)= changing the urban grid Opening of streets- increase connectivity to the area through a centralized axis in order to provide a better mobility 3. Tramvia- minimal intervention over the area with maximum of connectivity y -less noisy and polluting than a bus -occupies a narrower lane -accesibility is easier -reduction of number of accidents due to less number of private vehicles on the road improves the economic attractivness of the urban area Transformation of streets in pedestrian-low road accidents -more independent movement and active play for children -high rates of walking and cycling -low atmospheric emissions 5. Stitch / Sew Sant Marti using Cristobal de Moura- changing the section to accomodate for the tram and pedestrian -defining the landscape with the buiklings 6. New bicycle lanes-anyone can gave access to safe routes to get anywhere in the area + The topography allows adapting to cach road section and the input and needs outlined by local residents 7. New green areas-provides recreational opportunities ~creates a green aliemative rpute through the area substituting gray infrastructure ~aesthetics 8. Residential buildings-they permit some services or work opportunities -in order to achieve 100 dwellings per block (balance the density of the area) 9. Area activities-creating workshops for different exhibitions in the area 10. Facilities for research and development of new technologies and technics-it fits the programme of the 22@ Project
