COMMITMENTS TO EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE PT. PAGILARAN

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of the simultaneous and independent

variable partial competence, work satisfaction and organizational commitment to variable

dependent performance of employees at PT. Pagaranaran Banjarnegara. The population in

this study were all employees of PT. Pagilaran Banjarnegara with 113 respondents. The data

collection technique used in this study is census . The analysis used is validity test,

reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F

test . The results of the analysis show partially and simultaneously the variables of

competence, work satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant effect on

employee performance.
