Warranty

This Warranty is made between Fujian Haian Rubber Company Ltd and Pristine Aftermarket.
As the cooperation between Fujian Haian Rubber Co., Ltd and Pristine Aftermarket continues
to develop, and in order to consolidate our business relationship, Haian would like to offer
the below Quality Warranty to Pristine Aftermarket.
1. This warranty is applicable for mine sites covered in the contract.
2. Pristine Aftermarket to comply with Haian tyre operating guidelines will result in any
warranty being void. Examples of failure with Haian tyre operating guidelines
include the following, but exclude the failure caused by defects in the products:
a) Failures resulted from cuts, medals or other obstacles.
b) Failures resulted from incorrect installation of the vehicle compartments, technical
failures of the vehicles, or the driver’s disobeying of the operational rules of the
vehicle.
c) Failures resulted from excessively high or low tyre pressure caused by incorrect
inflation, or failures resulted from the driver’s continuing to use the leaking tyre,
which results in uneven wear and harm of the tyres.
d) Failures resulted from over loading or over speeding.
e) Failures resulted from inappropriate stored, fitment, or using damaged rims.
f) Failures resulted from corrosive substances.

3. Tyre pressure monitoring

a. Tyre pressure should be monitored weekly after the vehicle is out of service
for technical maintenance. Tyre pressure should be checked when the tyre
temperature is the same as ambient temperature.
b. Tyre pressure should be monitored daily when the vehicle operates on a daily
basis.

c. The tyres must be kept with suitable inflation base on the standard, which is
provided by the seller.
d. The Buyer should provide tyre record cards and tyre pressure monitoring
record to the seller, which should include:

1. Serial number
2. Tyre fitment date, vehicle hours when the tyres have been fitted or
removed.
3. Vehicle number and tyre positions.
4. Reasons of removal.
5. Tyre pressure monitoring records.

4. If tyre failure occurs due to a defect in the tyre and results in less than 1000 hours or
more than 1000 hours but less than 5000 hours during the quality warranty period,
Haian will send an engineer to the mine sites to confirm the defect and tyre actual
operating hours. If failure is due to Haian's manufactured reasons. This compensation
shall be awarded according to below table:

Compensation is only as per the credit of percentage of batch listed in the above Table. The
seller only has obligation to the compensated tyres until they arrived at Xiamen port before
shipment to destination. The cost of sea freight, custom clearing charges, mounting or
dismounting charges and any other service charges are to be paid by the buyer. Yet, all
obligations and liabilities emerged because of the loss of time, inconvenience, equipment
halt, other incidents or other consequential damages resulted from the above 4 reasons
shall be excluded.
