Introduction:
Physiology is the study of the function of living organisms & their parts.In human
physiology, we are concerned with characteristics of the human body that allow us to
sense our environment, to move about, to think & communicate , to reproduce & to
perform all of the functions that enable us to survive & thrive as living beings.

Learning objective:-
At the end of year ,the student should able to:
1- Develop their knowledge to understand how physiology play important rule in some
disease.
2- Describe the types of cells (Total WBC ,RBC,Differential leukocyte platelet, Reticulocyte
in blood of human .
3- Develop knowledge in writing a good medical report .

(2):-Fundamentals of general physiology:- (5 Fragility of the red cells

4 week - The total leukocyte count
